    Tender Details

    Supply Of Bright Steel Rounds 76Mm Dia Turned / Ground To Specn. Is:9550-2001 And Chemical & Mechanical Properties As Per Is:2062-2011 E 250 A. The Surface Finish Of The Turned / Ground Bar Shall Be 5 Microns ( Max ) . Ra Value In Terms Of Is:3073 Amendment 1. Tolerance On Diameter Shall Be H11 As Per Table 1 & 2 Of Is:9550-2001. Surface Quality Shall Be To Class-4 As Per Table-5 Of Is:9550-2001 When Tested As Per Is:3703-80. The Supplier Shall Submit Test Certificate For Each Heat Which Will Contain Both Physical And Chemical Properties. The Supplier Shall Also Submit Test Certificates For 100% Testing Of Magnetic Particle Inspection Of The Above Bars. The Supplier Should Preferably, Have Their Own Magnetic Particle Inspection Testing Facilities At Their Premise Or They Should Get 100% Of The Bars Tested By A Government Approved Testing Laboratory. Bright Steel Rounds Shall Be Supplied In 3 To 5 Metres Length With Maximum 10% Shorts Down To 1 Metre. Marking And Colour Coding Shall Be As Per Specn.Icf / Md / Specn.113. Issue Status 01, Rev.00 With Amendment Nos 1 & 2 [ Warranty Period: 30 Months After The Date Of Delivery ] => Limited
