Door to door collection, segregated and transportation including loading and unloading of Municipal Solid Waste from every household, Commercial Units, Schools including Govt. Offices, Hospital & clinics (no medical waste), hotels restaurants in all 14 wards of Cuncolim Municipal Council, as pr Solid Waste Management Rules, the Collection should be in 4 way segregatedmanner on daily basis including Sunday, Public Holiday and same to be transported with the vehicles provided by the Municipal Council including fuel and Driver. The waste collected to be transported to designated place i.e Garbage Treatment Plant of Cuncolim Municipal Council. The same to be done as per records of residential/commercial units of revenue records of the tax section of the Cuncolim Municipal Council including all required tools, plants as per the direction of the Municipal Engineer etc complete.

Segregation of mixed dry waste into different components such as recyclables, non-recyclables, RDF & interts and sorting of the recyclable waste into paper, plastic, glassbottles, plastic bottles, cardboard etc, eithermanually or mechanically using conveyor belt at MRF shed. Non recyclable waste to be bailedand sent to cement factory for con-incineration Sanitary waste to be treated on Incenerator available at Garbage Treatment Plant.Wet Wasteto be treated by adopting wind7rows system with the use of Bio-Culture powder (chemical) to form a manurewith the help of screening machine. Wet waste is also to be treated in the Bi-methanation Plant. Upgradation of plantation and watering the plants shall be done on daily basis.
