Applying one coat of white cementover new surface including rubbingwith sand paper including all materialsT&P etc. required for propercompletion of the work.

Wall painting (two coats) with plasticemulsion paint of first quality approvedbrand and manufacture on undecorated wall surface to give sd rven shade including throughout brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand prepared smooth.
