Annual Maintenance Contract For Carrying Out Mechanical Maintenance Works, Safety Equipment Maintenance And Allied Maintenance Works At Jharsuguda Bottling Plant.-Checking Of Air Leakage And Arresting The Same. Job Includes Arresting The Air Leakage From Service Air Line As Well As Security Air Line And Doing The Same As And When Directed By Officer In Charge. Checking Of All Frls , Draining Of Condensates From Frls As Per Requirement, Servicing Of Frlsby Cleaning The Filter Element Or Replacing The Filter Elements , Topping Of Lubricants Etc. As Required Or As And When Directed By Officer-In-Charge All The Consumables And Spares Required Shall Be Supplied By Iocl 2 Checking Of Filling Guns, Servicing Of Leaky Filling Guns, Auto Reduction Gun And Evacuation Guns As Required Or As And When Directed By Officer . After Servicing , The Guns Should Be Properly Tested Before Fixing In The Filling Machines Or Evacuation Unit .It Should Be Ensured That There Are No Leaky Guns Even With Safety Caps On.Continuity-Bonding Of Filling Guns And Hoses, Earthing Of Carousel To Maintained Always. Check For Condition Of Fillingmachine Hose.All The Consumables And Spares Required Shall Be Supplied By Iocl . 3 Checking Andperiodicallyfilling Machine Accuracy ( Carousel ) And Machine Adjustments Should Be Done If Required Any Or As Directed By Officer In Charge.Callibaration Of Carousal And On Line Weighing Equipemnts With Standard Weightsas Per Norms And The Direction Of Officer Incharge Any Time During Working Hours Or Beyond As Per Requirement. Weight Of Produced Filled Cylinders Must Be Within Iocl Norms. 4 Cleaning Of Carousel Rail , Checking Of Carousel Wheels , Replacement Of Wheel-Bearings & Checking The Leveling Of Carousel Rail By Water-Level On Weekly Basis Oras And When Directed By Officer-In-Charge. Preventive Measures To Be Adopted To Avoid Any Breakdowns In This Regard. 5 Thorough Servicing Of Filling Machines / Check Scale Which Includes Cleaning Of Filling Machines, Carousal Frameby Air, Cotton Waste, Checking Of Load Cell Platform , Checking All Nuts & Bolts Tightness, Replacement Of Any Loose Parts Including Pneumatic Cylinders & Valves Etc, Zero-Setting Of The Machines After Servicing Of Machines As Directed By Officer-In-Charge. All The Consumables And Spares Required Shall Be Supplied By Iocl . The Job Includes Cleaning Of All Reflectors, Sensors And Maintenance / Servicing Of Attached Pneumatics Gagets, Of Carousal Including Gas Stop Valve. Servicing Of Filling Machines Will Be Carried Out In Non Operating Shifts Including Sundays / Holidays Or As Directed By Officer-In-Charge . Proper Centering Of Lpg Cylinders And Filling Guns In Each Filling M / C To Be Ensured. Carousel Should Be Dry, Neatly Maintained And Be Free From Any Unwanted Materials And Destacked Cylinders. 6 Checking Of Carousel Central Coulmn For Air And Gas Joint For Leakge. The Replacement For Worn Out Or Damaged Parts As Per The Direction Of Officer Incharge.The Spare Will Be Supplied By Iocl 7 Checking And Maintenance Of Carousal Drive Unit. The Job Include Greasing And Lubricating Valves, Tightening And Replacement Of Valve Glands, Greasing Of Swelve Joints Of Monitors, Replacement Of Valves If Necessary, Replacement Of Coupling If Necessary, Replacement Of Landing Valves, Replacement Of Coupling Washers, Assistance In Drying Hoses As Necessary And Directed.Necessary Spares And Consumables Shall Be Supplied By Ioc. 32 Checking Of Sprinkler Nozzles For Proper Flow By Operating The Deluge Valves Of A Particular Zone As Directed By Officer-In-Charge . Nozzles To Be Checked For Any Jamming And To Be Cleaned Accordingly For Getting Proper Flow If Found Necessary And As Advised By Officer-In-Charge. 33 Assistance In Testing Of Operability And Calibration Of Gms This Includes Carrying Og Cylinder / Leakage Bladder To Various Sensors And Simulating The Leak As Per The Direction Of Site Incharge & Maintaing Reocrds. 34 Carrying Out Of Flushing Of Water In Hydrant Lines On Monthly Basis. Job Includes Maintenance And Testing Of Rov & Hand Sirenas And When Required Or As Directed By Officer In Charge. 36 Checking, Repairing, Replacing & Sealing Ofall SrvS On Bullets, PavS On Lpg Pipe Line, Evacuation Vesselsand SrvS In Air Line / Tanks On Monthly Basisetc Complete As Per Direction Of Officer . 37 Half Yearly Hydrotestingoffire Hoses , The Job Includesremoval Of Hose From Hose Boxes, Carrying Out The Hydrotest As Per The Direction Of Officer Incharge With Suitatble Testing Equiments, Keeping The Hose After Dryingin Rolled Condition In Hose Boxes. The Test Date And Due Date To Be Painted On The Hose. The Condition Of The Hose And Hose Boxes To Be Checked Visually Onmonthly Basis And Placing Back The Used Hose In Fire Drill After Drying In Rolled Position In Hose Box. 38 Maintenance And Upkeep Of Fire Trolly. This Includes Cleaning Of Contents Of Fire Trolly And Keep The Trolly In Running Conditionas Per The Direction Of Officer. 39 Maintenance And Upkeep Of Maintenance Store. 40 Providing Manpower For Carrying Out Maintenance Of In-House St Plant Equipments. 41 Mantainingoffline Filling Equipments Like 425 Kg / 47.5Kg / 5Kg / Extra Tej Dosing Machine & All Other Newely Commissined Machine If Any. 42 Complete Maintenance Of Misclenneous Equipments As & When Required. Name of Work: Annual Maintenance Contract for Carrying out Mechanical Maintenance Works, Safety Equipment Maintenance and Allied maintenance Works at Jharsuguda Bottling Plant.

1	Checking of air leakage and arresting the same. Job includes arresting the air leakage from service air line as well as security air line and doing the same as and when directed by officer in charge. Checking of all FRLs , draining of condensates from FRLs as per requirement, servicing of FRLsby cleaning the filter element or replacing the filter elements ,topping of lubricants etc. as required or as and when directed by officer-in-charge All the consumables and spares required shall be supplied by IOCL
2	Checking of filling guns, servicing of leaky filling guns, auto reduction gun and evacuation guns as required or as and when directed by officer . After servicing ,the guns should be properly tested before fixing in the filling machines or evacuation unit .It should be ensured that there are no leaky guns even with safety caps on.Continuity-bonding of filling guns and hoses, earthing of carousel to maintained always. Check for condition of fillingmachine hose.All the consumables and spares required shall be supplied by IOCL .
3	Checking andperiodicallyfilling machine accuracy ( carousel) and machine adjustments should be done if required any or as directed by officer in charge.Callibaration of carousal and on line weighing equipemnts with standard weightsas per norms and the direction of officer incharge any time during working hours or beyond as per requirement. Weight of produced filled cylinders must be within IOCL norms.
4	Cleaning of carousel rail , checking of carousel wheels , replacement of wheel-bearings & checking the leveling of carousel rail by water-level on weekly basis oras and when directed by officer-in-charge. Preventive measures to be adopted to avoid any breakdowns in this regard.
5	Thorough servicing of filling machines /check scale which includes cleaning of filling machines, carousal frameby air, cotton waste, checking of load cell platform , checking all nuts & bolts tightness, replacement of any loose parts including pneumatic cylinders & valves etc, zero-setting of the machines after servicing of machines as directed by officer-in-charge. All the consumables and spares required shall be supplied by IOCL . The job includes cleaning of all reflectors, sensors and maintenance / servicing of attached pneumatics gagets, of carousal including gas stop valve. Servicing of filling machines will be carried out in non operating shifts including Sundays/holidays or as directed by officer-in-charge . Proper centering of LPG cylinders and filling guns in each filling m/c to be ensured. Carousel should be dry, neatly maintained and be free from any unwanted materials and destacked cylinders.
6	Checking of carousel central coulmn for air and gas joint for leakge. The replacement for worn out or damaged parts as per the direction of officer incharge.The spare will be supplied by IOCL
7	Checking and maintenance of Carousal drive unit. The job includes, checking of oil level, Checking of oil pressure, cleaning and changing of hydraulic oil and oil filter. Maintenance of Washing unitand securityair compressor .Maintenace -of the drive unit as per the direction of officer incharge . All spares will be supplied by IOCL.
8	Servicing of pneumatic valves, pneumatic cylinders & other pneumatic components whenever found malfunctioning or as directed by officer-in-charge .All the consumables and spares shall be supplied by IOCL . Any kind of air leakages must be arrested
9	Calibration & cleaning of all scales i.e. :market return check scale and SQC scale with certified standard weightsas directed by officer-in-charge .
10	Servicingand cleaning of introduction unit of Carousel . Job includes servicing and cleaning of pneumatic valves , tightening of all loose nuts and bolts of introduction arm , introduction table, correct levelling of filling machine beds w.r.t. introduction unit and stand of sensors, greasing of bearings , arresting air leakage if any and dressing of air line, checking of pneumatic valve servicing etc. as directed by officer. All the consumables and spares required shall be supplied by IOCL. Preventive measures to be adopted to avoid any breakdowns in this regard.
11	Servicingand cleaning of ejection unit of Carousel. Job includes servicing of pneumatic valves , tightening of all loose nuts and bolts of ejection arm stand, maintaining correct levelling of filling machine beds w.r.t. ejection unit , stand of sensors , adjustment of filling machine pawl , greasing of bearings , arresting air leakage if any and dressing of air line etc.as directed by officer. All the consumables and spares required shall be supplied by IOCL. Preventive measures to be adopted to avoid any breakdowns in this regard.
12	Inspection and maintenance of Conveyor system in Plant. The job include necessary assistance and repairing for any type of chain conveyor break-down at any point of time, any maintenance and repair of conveyor system including change of plumberblock , alignment of motor with gearbox, positioning of all motor canopies / moving parts guard, tightness of loose conveyor railing, replacement of missing rails, replacemt of coupling bush at any point and section as directed by officer in-charge including attendingthe jobs in holidays and non-working shifts as directed, daily checking of conveyor drive unit for Oil level, chain tension ect and necessary topping-up / replacement of Lube Oil, arresting soap solution leakage /Adjusting chain tension etc. repair and maintenance of gear boxes as and when directed, greasing of palmer block bearing as and when required and directed, replacement of conveyor chain with new conveyor chain as and when direcetd . IOC Shall supply all Spares & Consumables.Jobalso includeswelding,cutting,Grinding Drilling, etc
13	Servicingand cleaning ofauto evacuation unit,depressurisation unit , 4 way valveand its control panels, which includes oiling, greasing, servicing of pneumatic mechanism ,attending breakdown at any time during running shift or off shiftas per requirement & direction of officer.
14	Servicing and cleaning of Integratedweight correction and correctionunit after Valve change with out evacuation unitwhich includes oiling, greasing, servicing of pneumatic mechanism ,attending breakdown at any time during running shift or off shiftas per requirement & direction of officer.
15	Servicingand cleaning of auto purging unit which includes oiling, greasing, servicing of pneumatic mechanism ,attending breakdown at any time during running shift as per requirement & direction of officer.
16	Servicing and cleaningof hot air sealing unit& Protable hot air sealing unit . Job also includes attending any breakdown related to hot air sealing unit at any time including non working hours(Excluding electrical unit) as per direction of officer.
17	Servicing ofOLD &VLD Systemunit . Job also includesall scheduled preventive maintenance and attending any breakdown related to valve testing system at any time including non working hoursas per direction of officer.
18	Servicingand cleaning of Valve On-Off screw machine ( cold repair unit) , Cylinder rectification unit & Deshaping machice . Job also includes attending any breakdown related to cold repair unit at any time including non working hoursas per direction of officer.
19	Daily checking of Lubricating Oil level in LPG Vapour Compressors,Air Compressors, Evacuation compressors, LPG Pumps, Deshaping machine and service water pump and topping up of recommended Lub Oil if required and draining and replacement of Lub oil after through cleaning of lub Oil casing . Necessary Lubricating shall be supplied by IOC.The job also includes cleaning/changing of oil filter .
20	Providing assistance in water draining of LPG Bullets (3 nos) and Horton Sphere( 1 no). The job include opening of flange(s)and their re-fixing as and when directed.
21	Carrying out job of strainer cleaning of all the Stariners inside the plant & Maintaing Records.
22	Checking, Tighting & replacement of Foundation bolts of Air/Vappour Compressor/ LPG pumps/ Service water pumps,Sealing Machine ,OLD/VLD,VCWE,Evacuation Unit, VP-FRD Machine ,IWCU,Vision Unit,Carousal, Deshaping Machine,Purging,ExtraTej,425KG,47.5 KG,5KG etc when required& checking of belt tension of Air/Vapour compressor. Necessary spares and consumables shall be supplied by IOC.
23	Daily Checking, servicing& stoppage of any leakage from Pump House/ TLD Unloading arm., The job include necessary opening / dismantling of valves, cleaning and re-assembly of the same. Necessary spares and consumables shall be supplied by IOC.
24	Maintenace of vapour extraction unit . The work includescleaning and checking of vapour extraction unit, its belts, applying greaseinmotors. Trouble shooting and maintenance as per the direction of officer.
25	Testing of LPG hoses , including disconnection of hoses , carryining out various test like hydro test, pneumatic test , continutity test and submission of records in format as directed by officer incharge.
26	Assistance in calibration ofpressure switches and Changing of faulty pressure and temperature gauges as per requirement and direction of officer
27	Assistance in vibartion monitoring of equipment & weekly checking of Vibration Analysis of equipment & maintaining records.
28	Checking, arresting of water leakage andrepairing ofservice water line as advised by officer-in-charge .Necessary spares and consumables shall be supplied by IOCL.
29	Servicing of Deludge valves. The job includes opening and inspection of internal components of Deluge valves, cleaning and servicing of parts of the Deludge valves and replacement of spares or consumables as directed by Plant Engineers, re-assembly and testingof the Deluge Valve,which includes maintaing records.
30	Checking and repairing of gland leakage of fire water pumps ,jockey pumps, washing unit pump,Fire Engineand service water pumps, gate valves, arresting leakage tightening of gland nuts as advised by officer-in-charge .
31	Servicing of hydrant pointsand monitors. The job include greasing and lubricating valves, tightening and replacement of valve glands, greasing of swelve joints of monitors, replacement of valves if necessary, replacement of coupling if necessary,replacement of landing valves, replacement of coupling washers, assistance in drying hoses as necessary and directed.Necessary spares and consumables shall be supplied by IOC.
32	Checking of sprinkler nozzles for proper flow by operating the Deluge valves of a particular zone as directed by officer-in-charge . Nozzles to be checked for any jamming and to be cleaned accordingly for getting proper flow if found necessary and as advised by officer-in-charge.
33	Assistance in testing of operability and calibration of GMS this includes carrying og cylinder/leakage bladder to various sensors and simulating the leak as per the direction of site incharge & Maintaing Reocrds.
34	Carrying out of flushing of water in hydrant lines on Monthly basis. Checking and stoppage of any leakage from all type of above-ground water line in the plant including as directed by officer in charge. Necessary spares and consumables shall be supplied by IOCL & Maintaing Reocrds.
35	Checking and troubleshooting of ROVs and hand sirens. Job includes maintenance and testing of ROV & Hand sirenas and when required or as directed by officer in charge.
36	Checking, repairing, replacing & sealing ofall SRV"s on bullets, PAV"s on LPG pipe line, evacuation vesselsand SRV"s in air line/ tanks on monthly basisetc complete as per direction of officer .
37	Half yearly Hydrotestingoffire hoses , The job includesremoval of hose from hose boxes, carrying out the hydrotest as per the direction of officer incharge with suitatble testing equiments, keeping the hose after dryingin rolled condition in hose boxes. The test date and due date to be painted on the hose. The condition of the hose and hose boxes to be checked visually onmonthly basis and placing back the used hose in fire drill after drying in rolled position in hose box.
38	Maintenance and upkeep of fire trolly. This includes cleaning of contents of fire trolly and keep the trolly in running conditionas per the direction of officer.
39	Maintenance and upkeep of maintenance store.
40	Providing manpower for carrying out maintenance of in-house ST plant equipments.
41	Mantainingoffline filling equipments like 425 KG/47.5KG/5KG/Extra Tej Dosing Machine & ALL OTHER NEWELY COMMISSINED MACHINE IF ANY.
42	Complete maintenance of Misclenneous Equipments as & when Required. Job includes minor welding,cutting,Grinding Drilling, etc
43	Daily Checking & Servicing ofFire Extinguisher and positioning at nominated place as directed.
44	Manpower required for carrying out emergency Maintenance Works in Off Shiftfor breakdown,maintenace visit Providing assistance in servicing& maintenance of Carousel, LPG/Air/Evacuation Compressors ,Air Dryer, Fire Engines, OLD,VLD ,weigh bridge and check scale etc during Annual Maintenance Contract visitof OEM.andSunday maintenace after bottling and other exigencies.
