Providing and laying Prime Coat over WBM/ WMM surface using 7Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SSI) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminious construction over it, including cost of material labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clauses 502 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Tack Coat over WBM/WMM surface (treated with printer) using 2.50kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RSI) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, Labour charges rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying 50 mm compacted thick dense bituminous macadamusing 0.24 cum of 26.5-13.2 mm graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.2-2.36 mm graded metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below metal with 53.20 kgs of 60/70bitumenfor premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials toC M P site, heating the bitumen and agregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20- 30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site,spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction byVibratory roller tothe required density etc.,including labour charges for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit,labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30tC M P with bitumen boiler,tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory rollers and all other tools and plants required,includingall other incidental charges etc.,complete using C M P clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5 specifications.

Providing and laying Bituminous concreteto 30mm thickusing 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50 mm graded metal and 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36 mm graded metal and 0.26 cum of 2.36 mm & below metal with45.27 kgs of 60/70bitumen & 5.03Kg of Plastic waste (Total-50.30 kg) andfor premixing per 10 sqmincluding cost and conveyance of all materials toC M P site, heating the bitumen and agregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20- 30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 40mm/ 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction byVibratory roller tothe required density etc.,including labour charges for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit,labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30tC M P with bitumen boiler,tipper trucks, paver finisher, Vibratory rollers and all other tools and plants required,includingall other incidental charges etc.,complete using C M P clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5 specifications.
