Shifting the pump set through river path approx. 1.5 Km to the gantry destination pointfor unloading from tractor and then loading to pickup van after using chain pulley block installed on the gantry also by using manual labour and other necessary tools and tackles ,thereafter carriage of the pump set to workshop. Dismantling pump set at workshop for repairing of motor and pump components. Repairing of pump by way of fabrications and fitting of 04 Nos. gun metal neck rings, 01 No. guide bush, 01 No. steel space bush, 01No. mesh seal oil ring and reconditioning of 02 Nos. sleeve bushes. Providing and fitting of 01 No. thrust plate. Rebuilding of 01 No. Impeller by way of welding, turning and reconditioning. Rebuilding/reconditioning of impeller/rotor shaft by re - metalling with high class rods at worn out portions and then machining, turning, polishing, finishing, to true size. Complete rewinding of 70 HP, 1450 RPM Colama make submersible motor by dismantling the rotor and stator and then rewinding completely with the original specified copper wire after extracting out old/damaged copper winding, varnishing, drying and then re-assembling the motor. Providing and fitting of new motor bush housing 01 No. as per sample and specifications. Providing & fitting of 3-core, 35 mm2 submersible copper cable of 5 mtrs. length to the motor side of the submersible Pump set.Re-assembling of pump and motor in the workshop, shifting of pump set from workshop to L.I.S. Dabbar-Potha after repairs by loading/un-loading of the pump set to the gantry destination point and then carriage to sump tank throughthe mechanical transport/head load, lowering the pump set into the sump tank from the river bank at a vertical depth of 10 feet approx. with the help of chain pulley block and moving trolley fitted with the gantry at site, fitting of pipes, bends and delivery pipe for re-fitting/ jointing the pump to rising main. Joining of each lead of 1x3x35 mm2 submersible copper cable coming from starter with lead of 3 core , 35 mm2 submersible copper cable coming from motor( stator ) by jointing/fixing copper thimbles 95 mm2 and then tightening with nuts & bolts and insulating the joint of each individual lead of 3core, 35mm2 copper cable. Also using water proof cable compound for preventing the moisture and short circuiting, insulating with patch roll and tapping, filling clean water and then testing/commissioning of pump set on full load at site.Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges for skilled and semi- skilled workers, loading/unloading and transportation/carriage charges including testing and commissioning of the job at site.Complete Job. |
