| 4 | BFP Motor Cooler Overhaul : Removing the cooler pipelines. Releasing the cooler from the motor. Transporting the cooler from4.5 Mtr. to repair bay through 13.5 Mtr floor. Dismantling of cooler covers. Cleaning the cooler tubes. Checking the cooler tubes by hydraulic testing at 4 Kg pressure for ½ hr. After overhauling transporting the cooler from repair bay to motor location. Erecting the cooler to the motor and connecting the pipe lines and painting. |
