The Economiser Coil Should Be Erw Type Of 4.06Mm Thick The Economizer Must Be Suitable Of Rising Feed Water Temperature By60°C. ( Presently There Is Fins Type Economizer Tube Of Size – 50Mm Nb X4.06Mm Thick X 5995Mm Length-140 Nos. Fins Details- Id- 60Mm, Od-102Mm, Pitch-33Mm, Nos. Of Fins In Each Tube-170 Nos., 10 Nos. Fins Type Economizer Tube In 14 Rows. Cross Sectional Area Of Economizer Zone- 1900 Mm ( Width ) X 6000Mm ( Length ) X 2300Mm ( Height ) . In Last Season- Inlet Feed Water Temp. 91-95°C Outlet Feed Water Temp. 125-130°C Flue Gas Temp. After Air Heater- 160°- 170°C )
