Supply, Erection & Commissioning of New coil type economizer with all respect including header, valve, Structure, ducting and soot blow machine etc. for WIL make 30 TPH,21 Kg/Sq.cm. boiler having 990 Sq.mtr. heating surface. The Economiser coil should be ERW type of 4.06mm Thick The economizer must be suitable of rising feed water temperature by60°C. (Presently there is Fins type economizer tube of size – 50mm NB x4.06mm thick x 5995mm length-140 nos. Fins details- ID- 60mm, OD-102mm, Pitch-33mm,Nos. of fins in each tube-170 nos., 10 nos. fins type economizer tube in 14 rows. Cross sectional area of economizer zone- 1900 mm (width) x 6000mm (length) x 2300mm(height). In last season- Inlet feed water temp. 91-95°COutlet feed water temp. 125-130°C Flue gas Temp. after Air heater- 160°- 170°C )
