Disconnection of transformers from main HT panel after proper switching off 11kV OCB, discharging the supply, completely drain out of transformer oil from transformer, dismantling of conservator tank,all protection relay, cable etc.

Cleaning of transformer oil tank and removing of sludge settle at the bottom of the tank with the help of vaccum pressure. Cleaning of core and winding of the transformer with hot oil and proper safety precautions to prevent any damages to the winding. Cutting of old overheated insulation and rewinding of weak overheated point, with the help of HT insulation material with proper taping etc.

Lifting / lowering of the core and coil of the transformer with the help of heavy labor.

Replacement of silica gel.

Providing winding protection pads.

Replacement of top cover gasket, vertical vents gasket & other necessary jobs to stop the oil leakage.

Insulation of HT points and megger testing.

Filling of transformer oil of both the transformers up to the top level. Make:- Power/Savita

Complete assembling of transformer, cleaning of complete transformer, tightening of all connections of incoming and outgoing side, IR test with megger & cable of both side with HI pot machine.

Renovation of cooling fins, replacement of gasket and oil seal for sealing of leakages.

Dehydration/filtration of complete transformer oil and checking the die-electric strength up to 50 KV as required at site.

Repairing of tap changer of transformer complete with welding turning grinding and polishing as per original position and making all connections with soldering.

Complete cleaning and chemically washing of oily and muddy transformer body and painting of transformer with enamel paint.
14
Testing & commissioning of both transformer on NO load and Full load.
