| 1 | Providing, installation, commissioning & testing of servo controlled63 KVA copper wound, oil cooled, voltage stabilizer with input voltage range (160 V to 400V) and output voltage range (400 V + 10%) and frequency 50Hz + 3%. Stabilizer assembly should comprise of core made of silicon steel wound with copper coil conductor of appropriate quality conforming to BIS with di-electric oil of proper value for cooling stabilizer assembly. The job also includes providing and lying cable as per site for making connection of Stabilizer to control Panel and P/F 01 Change over switch of required specification for by-passing the voltage Stabilizer. The job also includes P/F 01 MCCB of required specification on input side & other required fittings. The job includes Fabrication of canopy for protection of stabilizer against weather. The job includes earthing of all electric equipments installed at site including voltage Stabilizer. The job is inclusive of cost of material, labour, carriage, tools and tackles (Complete Job). |
| 2 | Providing, Installation of Tin Steel shed of size 6’ft. (L) x 4’ft. (W) x 7’ft. (H) at site for covering of the servo stabilizer and control panel, starter. The job involves providing, carriage, fabrication, weldingand assembly and erection of the shed comprising plain GI sheets 24 SWG of 8 ft. x 4 ft. size (approx 165 sft.),MS angles 50mmx 50mm x6mm (approx 175 kgs) for side, top and cross supports, MS strip 25mmx 6mm (approax. 15 kgs) for securing of sheets & internal supports, MS square plates 4 Nos of size 6’ inch square x 6mm thick duly drilled (approax. 1kg each) for base supports/Vertical supports, Grouting Bolts 14 mm x 8 inch long (16 Nos.). Providing and laying of concrete grouting material at site. The shed is to prepared so as to secure the damages to stabilizer, control panel and other accessories of the VT pump from external weathering effects, theft etc. Complete job involving cost of material, labour charges of tools and tackles for execution of the job |
