1Container shall confirm to IS Code 6566: 2001 & ISO 668 Seventh Edition 2020:01 in terms of Size, Joinery & other details, except openings such as Door, Windows etc.
2SITC of pre fabricated steel container at Site of work on existing RCC columns. The floor of container should be designed to pay load of minimum 10.00 Ton and roof for live load of 100 Kg per Sqm . The Container floor should be capable to bear the vibration from the 5 nos of Pumps of 25 HP installed on the floor. Proper vibration/shock absorbing cushion / rubber seal of sufficient thickness as per industry standard shall be provided. The structural steel members used shall be Corten Steel confirming to ASTM A 588 grade "A" .
3The frame of the base shall be made out from 6 mm thickCorten Steel Sheet Channels of minimum size 50x150mm or as designed by manufacturer all aroundand19nos intermediate Channels of size40x120mm(4.5 mm minimum Thickness) shall be provided .The Channels will be made fromCorten Steel sheets (ASTM A588 Grade "A" . The welding should be satisfactory andas per IS standard .
4At all corners Bends/Post of minimum thickness 6mm (100x100mm minimum size) shall be provided. The structural steel Bend members used shall be of Corten Steel confirming to ASTM A588 Grade "A".
5For roof Side & Endof roof panel shall be of of Hollow steel tubes of size 60x60mm with minimum 6 mm wall thickness shall be provided all around. Five (05) nos intermediate hollow steel tubes of thickness 3.5 mm of 60x60 mm tube size shall be provided to accommodate and Support any services. cable etc. . The whole roof shall be covered with4 mm Steel sheet in such a way to drain rain water.The structural steel tubes and sheets used shall be ofCorten Steel confirming to ASTM A588 Grade A.
6The flooring shall be done by providing4mm thick Chequerred steel plate on intermediate steel channels and finally finished with 1.6mm thick PVC sheets duly fixed on steel plate with suitable adhesive . Necessary access for cables etc shall be made in floor. The structural steel sheets used shall be of Corten Steel confirming to ASTM A 588 grade "A".
7The walls of the container shall be made by Profile steel sheets of minimum 3.5 mmthick. The structural steel sheets used shall be ofCorten Steelconfirming toASTM A 588 grade "A".
8Door: Provision of Door of Size 1500 mm X 1900 mm (double leaf) with two nos of heavy duty steel hinges in each panel with all other accessories like handles, sliding door bolt, tower bolts and locking arrangement shall be made. The door shall be made with 3.5 mm corrugated steel sheets and inside shall be finished as good as inside wall. Steel sheets shall be of Corten Steel confirming to ASTM A 588 grade "A". The door pipe shall be made of 96x48x3 mm & door sill 5 mm thich ASTM 588 Grade "A".
9Windows: 02 nos Casement aluminium windows with double glass and all accessories shall be provided (size 600x1800mm). The window shall have a buil-in ventilator of size 600x600 mm at top and provision for fixing 450 mm dia exhaust fan. The openable part of the window shall be 600x1200 mm with sill level at 700 mm ht. from floor level as per architectural drg.
10Inside Wall and Ceilingfinish :inside of the walls and ceilling shall be finished with 0.5mm (minimum) thick Pre Painted sheet (Jindal/ TATA Blue scope) .For fixing0.5mm thick Pre Painted sheet (Jindal/ TATA Blue scope)on walls and ceilling, a grid of size 600x600mm shall be providedwith suitable sizedsteel angles.The 50mm thickspace between steel sheets and 0.5mm PPG sheets shall be filled withrock wool of density 48 kg /m3. Necessary electric fittings and required raceways shall be installed.
11All the Steel members used in construction of cotainers shall be cleaned by priming and shot blasted and immediately painted with approved primer and finally finished with paint of approved brand and shade (minimumthickness 250 micorns )
12There should be provision of 6 Nos. LED lights minimum 40 W (600 X 600) mm surface mounted with Bezzle of Philips or Osram &04 nosfans (wall mounted450mm Dia ) of approved brand & makeshall be fixed in container. Raceway (150 X 75) mm of Honeywell / Legrand continious all around shall be provided at (+) 100 mm above the floor level with built in Sockets (Industrial type) VFD and ATS Panel shall be fixed on MS angle frame fixed to floor and detached from walls.
13The container should be constructed in such a way to accommodate all the Panels and Pumps and other accessories demanded by M/s L & T (as per drawings). Construction material and workmanship should follows the relevant IS /ISO / CPWD specifications.
14The Container should withstand wind speed of 55 m/s and should be structurally stable and suitable to meet the severity of the climatic condition.
1505 nos of hollow intermediate hollow steel tubes of size 60x60mm with minimum 3.5 mm wall thickness shall be provided along the length behind each pump location to support the service pipe protruding from each pump.
16The arrangement of 2 nos of container shall be made along its length & there will be no wall along the joint line. The joints in horizontal direction on the roof and in vertical direction (2 Sides) shall be made waterproof.
17One supplier representative shall be there at each site after installation of container at its position for one week after completion of installation & its testing and commissioning.
18The provision of minimum 9 Nos. or as required for installation of services of Corten Steel Puddle flange slieves of 200 mm dia shall be made for taking out or in the services, pipes etc. Openings made in the Container shall be sealed with polysulphide sealant of McCOY/GE or Eq.
19The Supplier (OEM) shall provide 3 years warranty for containers and other services.
20Based on the Pump weight and RPM, the container supplier (Bidder, OEM) shall provide the suitable Vibration Pad and will provide simulation report also.
21The agency (OEM) should have the facility for testing of Pay load as per ISO standard in their factory of Size 6058 X 4876X 2896 (WXLXH) mm with tolerance +0 and-5.
22Note: The quoted rate includes Loading, Unloading, Transportationi/c toll tax etc. and installation at respective site. The quoted rate includs GST as applicable and other applicable taxes. TDS shall be deducted as per standard norms applicable.
