It should conform and meet with the latest BSEN 13348:2001 standard. Chemical compositions as per CUDHP to 1190-1 and CWO 24A to EN 1412. | 6 | Fabrication, Supplying and installation of indoor type cubical LT Control panel board of suitable size made out of CRCA Sheet steel of thickness not less than 2.0 mm and shall be braced as necessary to provide a rigid support for all components. The doors and covers shall be constructed from CRCA sheet steel of thickness not less than 1.6 mm. and also paint with red oxide primer and finally with approved colour paint to be stove enameled. A base channel of appropriate size and thickness shall be provided at the bottom and also fixed to floor with proper concrete mix ratio. The bus bars shall be of aluminum having rectangular cross sections with PVC sleeving of minimum 300 Ampere capacity and colour code. The panel house insidecomponents such asthree phase 250 A, I-O-II on load Changeover Switch, 4P, 415v, 50hz (of L&T/Havels make) and all internal wiring and other components of appropriate rating and specifications like Ammeter, voltmeter, CTs etc., indication lamps(RYB) with control HRC fuse with fuse fitting-01 set for each incomer and outgoing. The three phase Output bus bars of the change-over Panel should have two outgoing, one output for auto cascading panel of Vacuum Pumps and second outputs for Auto cascading panel of Medical Air Compressors . • The Control terminals & Power terminals should be separated with necessary ferrule marking. The ammeters and voltmeters shall be provided with HRC fuses. The circuits in the panels shall be so arranged as to facilitate their operation and maintenance and at the same time to ensure the necessary degree of safety. Provision shall be made in the panel for terminating the incoming cables and all cables shall be provided with cable terminations. Provision shall also be made for permanently earthing the frames and all panels. • The job includes all types of material and labour charges and taxes thereof. |
