The bidder shall quote a ‘Management Fee’ for providing goods and /or services, as applicable in the tender. The Management Fee shall be quoted as a percentage of the total Statutory Monthly Emoluments payable to the total number of unskilled workers deployed for providing services in the JGMC&H, Jalpaiguri.Here ‘Statutory Monthly Emoluments’ shall mean amount payable as per Row 12 of Schedule of Payment under Section-X: Proforma of Monthly Bill to be Submitted by the Bidder.No additional charges, taxes etc. will be paid.The bidder may quote more than 0%(Zero Percent)to a maximum of 7.5 % (Seven and half percent) asManagement Fee.[For example: If you quote the figure ‘5’. It means that you will charge 5 % (five percent) of total Statutory Monthly Emoluments payable to the total number of (unskilled) workers deployed for services in the JGMC&H, Jalpaiguri as Management Fee per month. No additional charges, taxes etc. will be paid. The bidder may quote more than 0%(Zero Percent)to a maximum of 7.5 % (Seven and half percent) asManagement Fee. If any Bidder Quote 0%(Zero Percent) or Negative Percentage, the said quote would be cancelled.
