E ) 35 Desktop Computers And 19Nos Of A4 Mfp Printers, 06Nos Of A3 Mfp, 02Nos Of A3 Colour Printers, 02Nos. Of A4 Colour Printers, Plotter ( 01No. ) And Photocopier ( 01No. ) Under Warranty Are And They General Maintenance ( Trouble Shooting, Installation, Software Updation, Configuration Etc. ) 2. Providing Services Of A Qualified Resident Technician Having Knowledge In Hardware, Software Installations And Upgradations. ( Biodata To Be Enclosed ) And Should Be Able To Converse In English, And Hindi. The Technician To Be Present From 9.30Am To 5.45 Pm On All Working Days. 3. Preventive Maintenance Of Systems And Peripherals To Be Done Quarterly With Suitable Cleaning Materials And Equipment. Record To Be Submitted To Geodata Division For Verification. 4. Service Technician Should Provide Services During Video Conferences / Online Training And Online Meetings. 5. The Firm Should Maintain The Equipment As Per The Manufacturer’S Guidelines And During Repair Should Use The Standard Components For Replacement With Concurrence Of Director, Geodata. Division. 6. All Types Of Repair / Replacement Of Spare Parts Shall Be Covered Under The Camc. 7. In Case, The Repair Of Any Component Requires More Than One Day, A Suitable Replacement Maybe Provided Immediately. 8.Addressing The Issues Related To Computers, Printers And Scanners On Daily Basis, Repairing Of Components, Installation Of Softwares, Antivirus, Data Backup Etc.
