| 1 | Opening of chock full of delivery line of the pump set no.2 installed at Bharat Nagar SPS under the EE(SDW)IX division, the job including the following work. Supply of Nut bolt with washer off size & gasket. |

| 3 | Supply of heavy-duty MS Dead Flange suitable for 150mm dia pipe. |
| 4 | Supply of heavy-duty MS Pipe 150mm dia, fabricated out of 10 mm thick MS Sheet, having total length of 0.33mtr duly machined & painted with anticorrosive black bituminous & paint after primer coat. |
| 5 | Hiring of welding machine for welding purpose. |
| 6 | Hiring of gas cutter with Oxygen and LPG gas cylinders. |
| 7 | Closing of suction valve of the pump set with the help of manual labour to avoid flooding in the dry sump. |
| 8 | Closing of header valve to isolate the header line from rising main and dismantling of the pump set after removing of nuts and bolts of the suction and delivery side of the pump. |
| 9 | Removing of sluice valve and NRV on the delivery side of the pump set after removing of nuts and bolts fitted with help of manual labour and existing EOT crane. |
| 10 | Cutting a window in delivery line and fixing MS Flange to Cleaning of silt accumulated inside the delivery line of the pump set no.2 with the help of gas cutter, welding machines, tools and tackles and manual labour. The job also included all safety measure like safety belt, hand blowers, Gum Boots, Protective Body suits, Torch, helmet, juhlla etc. Bothe side cartage of men and material etc. and lifting the silt from the dry sump which is approximate 25 feet deep and dump the same in the low land area inside the campus of the SPS with help JCB and man power. |
| 11 | Re-fixing of NRV and Sluice Valve after cleaning of silt with the help of existing EOT crane and manual labour. |
| 12 | Opening of header valve with the help of manual labour including testing and commissioning of the pump sets on load for satisfactory performance of the pump set. |
