Minimum 100 km/day shall be payable to the agency or actual km vehicle has run, whichever is higher on monthly basis. The driver of the vehicle should be provided with a mobile phone. The vehicle hired shall be registered under Tourist Taxi only and shall have valid RTO Registration Certificate & PUC certificate and fitted with digital fare meter with GPS. In the case if there is any breakdown, then the agency shall arrange an alternative vehicle with in reasonable time. |
