Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of LPG based gas Crematorium having primary chamber of minimum size 3.2 m x 2.1 m x 1.5 m (interior dimensions) made with MS of minimum plate thickness of 5 mm andsecondary chamber with adequate size and provision to achieve a minimum residence time of one second at 11000 C for the oxidation of exit gases from the primary chamber to get exposed to the flame of the after burner, Vertical type front open door , Fully automatic industrial gas burners (6 Nos.), Venturi type scrubbers,cyclone Separators, GIstrips,CI Fire Bars, IS8 Firebricks, Trollies, Water Scrubbing Units, MS Trays coated with fire cement for ash removal, ID Fans, Recirculation Pumps etc. and One Unit of 30 MeterHeight MS Chimney as per CPSB & SPCB norms made out of MS sheet of thickness varying from 8mm to 6mm & MS Angle Supported Tower, Cat Ladder upto 10m (sampling point), Inspection Platforms, remaining “C” Ladder, Lighting Arresters & AviationLamps, including Base Plates & Foundation Bolts, foundation of Chimney / Tower.
