Scanning and Inspection of the above ground pipe surface of station piping of different sizes by pipe scanner based on Low FrequencyElectromagnetic Technique (LFET) and submission of detailedhard copy and softcopy reports as per OISD 130 along with drawing etc complete inclusive of primary area and surface preparation like cleaning, sweeping , removing of traces of soil , water , mud etc. s upply of manpower, tools, tackles, consumables as per the instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.The findings shall be crossverified b y UT. Detailed isometric drawings of station piping are to be prepared and submitted along with inspection reports. (Area of Work : LPG process Pipeline in PHDPL/PHBMPL Haldia)

Ultrasonic thickness testing of plates, pipes at PHBMPL process area site for each reading as per instruction of EIC / Site engineerand including supply of all instruments and testing by of ASNT level II inspector and submission of report by hard and soft copy et c as per OISD 130 and instruction of EIC. Supply of reflective radium sticker letters / numbers / symbols and applying directly to painted surface near to UT /LFET locations including pasting and fixing with supply of all labours tools tackles, scaffolding working at any height etc (Area of Work : LPG pro cess Pipelinein PHDPL/PHBMPL Haldia)
