M.S Flat (Tikki) Shall Be Fixed At Bottom Of Lages. All Iron Work Shall Be Painted With 1St Quality Paint. Granite Stone At Top Shall Be 17 Mm To 20 Mm Thick Of Required Shed. Frame shall be jointed with mig welding where required.One short side i.e. head side 300mm above ply bed and other short side i.e. leg side 100 mm above ply bed in height.Head side shall have 9mm thick ply fitted with nuts and bolts and strips covering with open space on head side alongwith longitudinal support at a distance of 125mm above ply bed of top. The legs shall have iron rounded shoe of 4mm thick strips.The iron work shall be powder coated with seven layer treatment.The item shall be supplied to the complete satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge and as per sample lying in Mount Abu Hostel
2	Supply of Study table of size 1050X750X750 mm made of M.S pipe 25X25 mm for legs and foot rest shall be 16 gauge M.S sheet. One Drawer & one Box made of CR sheet 22 gauge with locking system of Rina/ grace with flat key on one side shall be provided. Top of table with frame 18 gauge CR sheet with sufficient intermediate supports below sheet. The legs shall have iron round shoe of 4 mm thick strips. Drawer shall have PVC handle with back cover. Iron work shall be powder coated with seven layer treatment. The table shall be supplied complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge and as per sample laying in Mount Abu Boys Hostel.
3	Supply of Study Chairs/Dining chairs without arms, Frame work and legs shall be of 25 mm CR pipe 16 gauge. Seat and back shall be CR perforated sheet. Legs shall be connected with cross supports and legs have PVC shoe of best quality fitted inside the pipe at bottom. The weight of chair should not be less than 6.80 Kg. The complete chair should be seven layer treatment powder coating paint.The item shall be supplied to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge and as per sample laying in Mount Abu Boys Hostel.
4	Supply of Dining table of size 2400mmX1200mmX 750mm with granite top, 17-20mm thick 6 nos legs made of angle iorn 50X50X6 mm top frame of angle iron 40X40X5 mm with 5 nos bracing on shorter span with M.S pipe 25X20mm and at bottom 2 nos long bracing of M.S pipe 40 mm sqm and 3 nos bracing on shorter span at bottom of legs. M.S flat (tikki) shall be fixed at bottom of lages. All iron work shall be painted with 1st quality paint. Granite stone at top shall be 17 mm to 20 mm thick of required shed.
