| 5 | Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of solar street lighting system (semi-integrated type/Two-in-one): outdoor type along with GI Pole [OD at bottom: approx. 75 mm and Length approx. 5 mtrs (AGL+BGL)]; Light Arm and panel frame structure (corrosion resistant) and all standard accessories. Each solar light shall have white(light colour) LED(light source) of at least 15 W/ 1800 lumens (120 lumen/watt), solar panel/ module (Polycrystalline silicon) atleast 50 Wp12V ,lithium ferro phosphate (LiFePo4) battery Nominal voltage and capacity =12.0 V 18 AH resp, solar charge controller MPPT type,full brightness for at least 6 hours and dimming after that and having duty cycle -dusk to dawn, cabling/wiring as requiredalong with all allied fittings and accessories as required for successful completion of the Job. There shall have overcharge and discharge cut off, temperature cut off, short circuit protection mechanism. The system shall have two indicators: one for battery charging and other be for battery load cut off condition. Complete job includes labour charges (skilled, semi-skilled), hire charges for the machinery used like tools and tackles required for the execution of job along with the cost of material, transportation charges, installation/fitting charges including of all kind of taxes as applicable. Construction of PCC foundation is not in scope of this job and shall be paid separately. |
| 6 | Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of off-grid type solar power system that shall have solar inverter 2 KVA or above,operating DC voltage 48 V and nominal output voltage 225 VAC(±5%)50 hz, at least 06 no. polycrystalline silicon solar PV panels/module 335Wp (to be installed as per site conditions/instructions of engineer-in-charge on nearby roofing sheets or on ground withstructure after proper embedding or fixing below NSL with cement concrete mixture), battery 150 AH 12V - 04 no (make: Luminous, Exide, , UTL, amaron, livguard or equivalent), solar charge controller MPPT/inbuilt type-1 no, GI panel/module mounting structure, nut-bolts /fasteners, ACDB, DCDB junction box, dc cable, MC4 connectors, earthing kit, lightning arrestor along with all allied fittings and accessories as required for successful completion of the Job.There shall be basic protection mechanism. Complete job includes labour charges, hire charges for the machinery used like tools and tackles required for the execution of job along with the cost of material, transportation charges, installation/fitting charges including of all kind of taxes as applicable.Construction of PCC foundation if required is not in scope of this job and shall be paid separately. |
| 7 | Replacement of existing borewell submersible pump set at Govt. Fruit Plant Nursery, Nihalpur, District Kathua by way of Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of new 3hp three phase solar submersible pump set (make KSB, Kirloskar, Tata, Usha, Sunlight infra, Prakash Gold, Shrijee Solar or equivalent). Pump set shall have Head of 55 mtr or better & 100 LPM or better discharge rate and should be suitable for 4 Inch (100 mm) Boring/casing Size with water cooled motor design. Pump housing/Jacket shall be stainless steel while impellers shall be made of Noryl. Outlet/Delivery size shall be 50 mm (2”) approx./as per site conditions and thus may also involve Fabrication of nipple of suitable dia. with a flange on one side and other side is to be fitted with submersible pump set. Providing and fixing of tie wire/rod for safety of submersible pump motor set. Testing the submersible pump motor set at workshop. Lowering of submersible pump motor set (using a tripod, chain pulley, steel wire slings, clumps etc; all these items to be arranged by bidder) along with already existing submersible cable (cable to be tied with column pipes at suitable distance) in the liner assembly by assembling column pipes one by one with providing and fitting of rubber gasket, nuts & bolts at each joint as per requirement and instructions of engineer-in-charge. Fitting of the final delivery pipe. Job also involves providing and installation/Fitting of a compatibleVFD pump controller, solar/grid changeover switch, ON/OFF Switchand at least 09 no. solar PV panels/module 335Wp (to be installed as per site conditions/instructions of engineer-in-charge on nearby roofing sheets or on ground withstructure after proper embedding or fixing below NSL with cement concrete mixture), GI panel/module mounting structure, connectors,nut-bolts /fasteners, dc cable along with all allied fittings and accessories as required for successful completion of the Job. There shall be basic protection mechanism for dry run, overload, low load voltage, cloudy weather safety, short circuit and open circuit as well as depiction (digital or analog) of current and voltage with respect to motor.Complete Job is inclusive of Testing of submersible pump motor set after making electrical connections (solar as well as on grid), tightening/repairing of loose connections if any. Complete job includes cost on account of material, installation/fitting, plumbing works, required tool-tackles, testing charges of the pump set at site including all unforeseen charges required for the job and all taxes.Construction of PCC foundation if required is not in scope of this job and shall be paid separately. |
