| 9 | Instructions to the Bidder: The Payment Model of the Project is based on Milestone Based Payments and Quarterly guaranteed payments (QGP). Total Project Cost comprises of Quarterly guaranteed payment and Milestone based payment. The Bidder should quote the Total Project Cost (Total Contract Value). The Total Contract Value will be used for calculation of Quarterly guaranteed fees and the Milestone Based Fees. Rates quoted by the bidder should be exclusive of all taxes. Taxes will be paid separately at the time of billing as per the prevailing rate. |
