109DESK WITH SEAT(1120 X 940 X 850MM) Removing existing unserviceable top of the Desk and seat (TP) and supply and fix new top as to match with existing made out of 18mm thick WPC Laminate Sheet to match the existing and replace the broken steel part of a Desk/Seat duly welded and painted with one coat of synthetic emamel paint complete all as specified and directed by the Engr -In- Charge.
110CHARPOY GI PIPE M&L for removing unserviceable plywood from charpoy GI pipe (FD-220,FD/MAP-II/01) and supply and fix new 12 mm BWR phenol bonded commercial plywood of size 2000 mm x 900 mm including providing 50mm wide strip made out of 6mm thick plywood for filling gap between plywood sheet and short rails including replacement of bolts and nuts for fixing of plywoodall as specified and as directed. Make of plywood: Kit ply, Century, Bhutan, Archid ply.
111M&L for removing unserviceable Nylon Newar from charpoy GI, tightening of loose check nuts, elbows, rails, legs etc., cleaning the surfaces thoroughly and supply and closely reweaving both ways in same pattern with new Nylon Newar size 50/55mm wide not less than 1.5Kg for each Charpoy, of approved quality, shade by GE complete all as specified, shown on drawionfg and as directed.
112M & L for removing of old/unserviceable GI check nut of 32mm dia and supply and fixing of GI check nut of 32mm ISI marked in position and also tightening of all component (Complete Charpoy). Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge wherever required
113M & L for removal of old/broken threaded long rail from charpoy GI and supply & fix in new long rail made of GI tubing 32mm bore (Med grade) (ISI marked) Make : TT Swastic/Jindal/Ravindra both ends threaded complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
114M & L for removal of old/broken threaded short rail and fixing short rail made from old long rail obtained from item No 111 above duly threaded both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
115M & L for removal of old/broken threaded leg from charpoy GI and fixing of leg made from old short rail obtained from item No 112 above (with cap welded on bottom and two Nos of clamp each welded) duly threaded one ends. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
116M & L for removal of old/unserviceable GI Elbow of 32mm dia bore 3 way and supply and fixing of GI Elbow of 32mm bore 3 way ISI marked (Weight of Elbow not less than 450 Gsm) in position and also tightening of all component (Complete Charpoy). Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge wherever required
117M&L for removing U/S rusted MS flat of charpoy GI pipe and replacing the same with new MS flat of size 40x4mm with one coat of red oxide paint and one coat of black enamel paint bolts as directed.
118A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/dismantled items has been catered for in the tender.The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES.The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Scheduleof Credit.
