After placing the additional reinforcement, all concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly scrubbed with brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry.To this surface, apply chemical polycrete admixture at the rate not less than 2% by weight of cement and providing minimum 30 mm thick (average thickness) guniting mix (using 1 part of Ordinary Portland Cement, 53 Grade and 2 parts of Ghaggar sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as directed) with a pressure of 2 to 2.5 Kg per Sqcm by guniting machine and surfaces finished even and fair including necessary padding, shuttering/form work etc and finally applying 5 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Where ever steel reinforcement required rate of the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Work to be executed for upto four storey buildings and in Patch work. |
