4Supply and fix in replacement lightening arrester expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 10 KA rupturing capacity conforming to IS suitable for 11 KV, HT over head line complete including nuts, bolts, clamps, bracket etc and connecting with GI earth wire complete all as specified and directed.
5Supply and fix in replacementDanger notice plate for HT of 25 cm x 20 cm x 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones and wtitten as"DANGER"in signal red colour and incl provn and fixed with MS clamps made out ofMS flat 25 mm x 3mm , including nuts & bolts, including 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including dismantling all as specified. 41M & L for Locating & pinpointing conductor and insulation faults of low and high resistance, intermittent or flashing nature in XLPE HT underground power cables of the rating 11 KV with the help of Pre-locator with time domain laptop based reflectometer/ electrometer using pulse echo method, impulse current method & decay method, and using DC high voltage surge generator to produce surge to trace route and pinpointing fault with the help of dual channel digital sound system, magnetic & acoustic for location of fault with acoustic transducer (pickup) and the amplifier with headphones, after pinpointing of faut location necessary excavation and taking out of faulty cable for repair/ replacement of joint, relaying of cable/ cover & brick protection, refilling of soil and removal of surplus soil etc at Jalandhar cantt all as specified and directed. Note: The joint shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. The qty of item will be executed at different times during currency of contract as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Hence, contractor shall quote his rate accordingly for arranging and executing the items accordingly. NOTE: Fault should be detected and rectifiedwithin 24 hrs from intimation to contractor after that penalty should be made to contractor at the rate of Rs 500 per hour.
42Material and labour for fixing cable route indicators made of PCC (1:3:6) duly engraved “HT CABLE / HT JOINT” coloured with two coats of synthetic paint in brown of size 150 x 150 x 900 mm fixed 300mm below ground level all as specified and directed.
43Cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of 2 pole structure andpainting with one coat of aluminium paintto all steel poles, structure such as channel/brackets, bracing, clamps, anti climbing device, cross arms and further painting 30 cm high alternate yellow & black strips with synthetic enamelled paint upto 1.5 mtr height complete all as specified and directed.
44M&L removingof heavy tree branches near transformer, Compact sub station, sub stn building or near 4 pole structure or LT/HT line with help of craneall as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
45M&L for shifting of VCB installed in indoor sub stations of cantt area aftertaking proper shut down and disconnecting existing HT connections/ feeders and shifting with help of crane and reqd manpower carefully anddepositingto MES Yard complete all as specified and directed.
46Servicing of ring main unit (RMU) 3/5 way 11 KV by taking shut down and disconnecting electrical connections, removing of dust with blower, cleaning of all movable/fixed parts, removing moisture/ hard carbon deposited due to flash over on bus bars and insulators with CRC/ Stanvac moisture/ carbon remover, checking all components, insulators/ studs, adjusting the male / female bushings in proper spacing, lubrication of moving parts, greasing all parts, tightening nuts and bolts, testing of CT & PT with injection kit and reconnecting of all electrical connections, testing of RMU for healthiness and proper functioning and submitting report complete all as directed. Note: (a) Contractor shall submit complete report regarding CT & PT, Protection relay functioning pick up current & corresponding time value setting tests carried with injection testing kit, Relay testing kit. Any major Spare replaced shall be measured and paid seperately. (b) The service shall be carriedout by OEM/HIS REP/Channel partner/service centre/qualified service engineer or reputed firm after approval from Engr-in-charge.
47Servicing of vaccum circuit breaker 11 KV of capacity 1250 /800/630 Amps by taking shut down and disconnecting electrical connections, removing of dust with blower, cleaning of all movable/ in-movable parts, checking all components, close/ trip coil operation, insulators/ studs with megger and replacing unserviceable parts, adjusting the male / female bushings in proper spacing, greasing all parts, tightening nuts and bolts, reconnecting all electrical connections, testing, commissioning of VCB complete all as directed. Note: The entire servicing inspection shall be carried out by OEM/ his rep/ or qualified service engineer from reputed firm after approval from Engr-in-Charge. The Spares replaced shall be measured and paid seperately. The following tasks shall be carried out within overal quoted rate and contractor shall submit written test report for testing complete:- (a) Details of servicing of breaker :- (i) Adjustment of mechanism if required. (ii) Clean the circuit breaker to remove dust and dirt. The envelope of the vacuum interrupter and insulating materials shall be wiped with a clean cloth. (iii) Apply a small amount of oil to rotary sections, sliding surfaces, pins, coupling section, etc.use grease for the operating shaft and bearings, and machine oil for other parts. (iv) Check for rust and wear. (v) Check Spring Tension and pitting of the Cluster Contacts. (vi) Visual check for rust and deformation. (vii) Check for loosened bolts and nuts, broken spring washers and snap pins etc. (viii) Check for loosened connections, rust, damaged lead wires. (ix) Check whether the contacts are damaged by arcing. (x) Checking of control circuit & tighten the connections if any. (xi) Check close & trip coil. (xii) Checking of Jaw Contacts Conditions and repair/adjust. (xiii) Replace the jaw contacts,If required. (xiv) Improvement of resistance of epoxy insulator and epoxy body by applying post heated varnish. (xv) Replacement of Dashpot/shock absorbers . (xvi) Replacement ofcarbon brush of spring charging motor
48(b) The following test shall be carried out:- (i)Injection Test/ ratio test of CT / PT (ii) Closing & Opening Timing Test for all three poles. (iii) IR Test with megger in open and closed condition. (iv) Contact resistance test for all three poles (v) Closing coil resistance (vi) Tripping coil resistance. (c) Testing and calibration of following relays of control panelwith Secondary Injection Kit ,checking andprogramming of relay:- (i) Over current and earth fault relay (d) Testing of followig Aux relay (i) DC Supply supervision relay. (ii) Master trip relay
49M &L for in replacement of " MiCOM P111" or other equivalent make having 3 overcurrent & E/F relay (NC type) operating on 24 V to 220 V DC including testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
50Supply, installation, testing and commissioning 3 Phase, 3 Limb, Dry type Resin cast Potential transformer suitable for compact sub station/ VCB/RMU with ratio 11KV/rt3/110V/rt3, burden 100 VA, class 0.5, of size as per existing complete with fixing arrangement and necessary connections all as specified and directed
51Calibration and Testing of 11 KV protection (overload and earth fault) relays through current injection system including current setting and time setting as per site requirement at 11 KV Sub Stn at different location complete allas directed by Engr-in-Charge.
