1Mobilisation of Bored Pile Rig inclusive of transportation to site and assembling of the equipment employed for the works including setting up of equipment with all accessories and tools at each of the pile location based on the sequence of operation approved by the Departmental Engineers irrespective of the location and distance involved in movement of pile driving equipment for all sizes of piles and dismantling the driven pile equipment after completion of work etc complete complying with departmental specification.
2Installation of vertical bored cast in-situ pile of 450mm dia of all types of soil using Design Mix concrete of grade M30 with sulphate resisting cement, fine aggregate, 20mm and down graded HBGS jelly courseaggregate. The rate includes cost of Reinforcement and binding wire, fabrication, welding charges, placing of reinforcement cage in borehole in correct position, cost of boring tothe required depth with Bentonite solution with Temporary casing of required length, conveyance of RMC to site and pouring concrete using tremine piles of all materials to the site, including all tools and plants shifting the plants and equipments from one point to another. Excavation of mud pits for circulation of Bentonite solution, closing the mud pits to the original level and mud removal with initial lead and lift but including dismantling the concrete above the cut off level etc complete as directed by the Departmental officers including socketing. The reinforcement cage should be welded properly for lifting. The concretecubes to be tested as per IS 456-2000 acceptance criteria by Clause 16.1 freq. 45 cm dia pile of capacity 550kN with 4nos of 16mm dia and4nos of 12mm dia RTS as main
3Routine load test as per IS 2911 part IV 1995 (150% of pile capacity) including labour charges and all other material charges including hire charges for jacks, measuring devices,structural frame work for platform,kent ledges etc,as required.
4Earthwork excavation for foundation in OS & Hs and soils and to full depth as may be directed except hard rock requiring, blasting, but inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed and consolidated and deposition the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead & lift etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
5Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling M sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and consolidated etc., complete complying with standard specification
6Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with gravel in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and consolidated etc., complete complying with standard specification
7Cement concrete 1:5:10 [One cement, five m sand & ten aggregate ] using 40mm guage hard brokengranite stone jelly for Foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by departmental officers.
8Providing form work for centering, shuttering etc., for all RCC works including strutting upto 3.29m high in all floors using mild steel shutters of size 90cmx60cm of BG 10 stiffened with mild steel angles of size 25mmx 25mmx3mm laid over silver oak (Country wood) Joists of size 10cmx6.5cm spaced at about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia. (spaced at 75cm c/c) etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

10Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)
11Plain surfaces such as RCC floor slab, roof slab, rectangular, square Tee or Ell beam, lintel, bed block staircase waist slab, landing slab landing beam, portico beam, portico slab etc.,

13Providing and lying in position , standardised Concrete Mix M25 Grade in accordance with IS 456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 Kg/M3 and Maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (plasticiser/super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 as accelerate , retard setting of concrete improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m ) 7730 kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m) 5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and about (4.79 cu.m 7670 kg of sand , but excluding costof reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering and also including laying vibrating with mechanical vibrators finishing curing etc., and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor /roof slabs wherever necessary without claimingetc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of Materials)

16Supplying fabricating and placing in position of steel reinforcement using MS (or) RTS rods for all RCC item of works including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The contractor will have to make his own arrangements for the supply of M.S.plain rod / RTS rod and black binding wire).
17Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and fiveM sand) using Ground Moulded second class chamber burnt bricks of size 9\"×4 3/8 ×2 3/4” including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall be done without extra cost).

23Dadooing the walls withcolour design glazedtiles of size 300mmx 600mmx 10mm of approved quality in all floors set in cement mortar 1:2 mix (one cement & two M-sand)10mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.4 kg/m2 including adding suitablee colour pigments to suit the colour of tiles including finishing the joints neatlyand curing etc.,complete complaying with standard specifications. (The tiles should be got approved by departmental officers before use on the work).
24Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five P. sand) 12mm thick in all floors usingPsand including neat finishing, curing,etc., complete complying with standard specificationand as directed by the department officers.
25Special ceiling plastering in all floors and finishing the exposed surface of RCC items of work such as slab, beam, sunshade, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three P.sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces and providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshade, staircase, step, landing slab etc., including neat finishing and curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
26Supplying and fixing inposition C.R.C.A Pressed steel box section 18 guage or 1.25mm thick for door frames of section size 105x60x1.25mm thick with necessary rebate of size 35x15mm for housing door conforming to B.I.S. specification frames shall be fabricated according to the door size with joints properly welded and grinded.Stiffeners with 25x3mm M.S. Flat shall be provided around the frame at 60cm intervals.The cost of shall also include for providing 3 Nos., of M.S. clamps with 25x3 flats each on either sides of door frame. Providing bottom tie, providing necessary holes for receiving tower bolts with stiffners on inner side providing holes in the frame for fixing the required number of hinges for shutters properly welded to the frames, finishing the door with one coat of good quality red oxide primer, with cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement, two sand and four aggregate) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly including cost of all materials, frabrication and conveyance to the site and fixing inposition with necessary scaffolding etc.
27Supplying and fixing in position of 35 mm thick solid core flush door shutters Single leaf with TW ply on both sides and withbTW lipping of size 35 x 12mm on all edges with necessary adhesive and CP screws. 28Supplying, Fabricating and erecting Roof truss made of Mild steel hot rolled or cold reformed I section, L angle, tube section plates etc.., including all material cost ,labour charges for cutting welding jointing and fixing in position and also providing necessary arrangements to hoist in position with crane/ chain pully block, hydraulic pressing jacky of required capacity, LPG cylinder, Oxygen cylinder,kerosene, emery sheet, wire brush, cotton waste, wire brush including all labour charges viz sarang, gas cutter, welder, helper, fitter incidental charges as directed by the departmental officers.
29Supplying and fixing of profiled composite panel for roofing and fixing over the roof truss in the purins. The composite panels should be be of 0.47mm thick colour coated galvanized brick red colour (or) colour apporved by the engineer AZ 150 , 50mmthick polyurethrane of density (overall) 40 kg/m3 (+ or -2 kg), 0.35mm thick color coated galvanized off white col;or AZ 70, with self tapping/ drilling screw ( with color cap) arrangements for fixing over the purlins to the ridge of the profile panel. Side lapping arrangements should be made with sealent tape of 9.50mm wide x 2.40mm thick and POP Rivet of 4.80mm x 11.80mm @ 400mm C/C with necessary scaffolding arrangements in both directions. the rate inclusive of cost of all materials, wastage of cutting of ornamental design, fixing in alignment to the roof portion, dismantling if necessary and redoing the same in original conditions, neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
30Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing in position of M.S steelwindow with following specifications. The outer frame of window made out \"Z\" section (F7D) of size 33x25x3mm at 1.419 Kg/m and mullion of \"J\" section (F4B) of size 45x25x3mm at 2.28 Kg/m. Shutter made out of (F7D) section of size 33x22x3mm at 1.419 Kg/m. Each openable shutter should not be exceeded a width 600mm to enable separate operations and easy maintenance. 2Nos. of sturdy hinges and one number of handle cum latch of special type make with 18x5 MS flat are revetted to the shutters of an appropriate height ineach window shutter. Suitable opening is left for its easy operation. A stopper square rod for handle is provided in the mullion section at suitable place to catch the window handle.
31Each shutter having an adjustable window stay made out of 18mmx5mm at 0.70 kg/m MS flat of length 320mm with free adjustable positions. A matching peg is provided in the outer frame of the window, at suitable place, 4Nos of holdfasts of 200mm lengthMS angle 40x40x6mm the ends are welded to the outer frame of the window, 18 mmx 5 mm at 0.70 kg/m MS flat is welded to the shutter attwo places, equal distance from each other from top and bottom of the shutter. 18 gauge cold rolled sheet of superior quality is laid as panel in the shutter frames and welded intact. Stiffeners with 18x5mmat 0.70 kg/m MS flat of suitable length welded diagonally to all four corners of each openable shutter to hold the CR sheet in position firmly. MS square bars of 12mm size is welded to the inner face of the window at equal intervals not exceeding 100mm edge to edge between them. All members are painted with one coat of anticorrosive red oxide primer as directed by the departmental officers. All sections used should confirm to IS 7542 / 1990. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour charges, transportation totaxes and other incidental charges etc. complete. Three leaves
32Supplying and fixing in position of aluminium anodised colour matt finish louvered ventilator. The outer frame will be 62x38x2mm @ 1.174Kg/m and the louver with moving arrangement will be made with alu. Channel of size 60x30x4mm @ 1.27 kg/m with necessary glass panes for louvers 4mm thick and aluminium clips, including all materials, labour and power consumption charges requiredfor fabrication if necessary chipping, dismantling, making holes in RCC columns beams or masonry wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and make good to the original conditions after fixing etc., complete. The aluminium surface is to be anodised with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI specification 1868/1962 of anodic film thickness of not less than 15 microns for all section. Allmaterials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before fixing in position as directed.
33Supplying and fixing in position Solid Panel PVC door with frame conforming to IS 4020/1994 consists of PVC door frame made out of 50mmx45mm PVC extruded section with wall thickness of 5mm PVC foam sheet & reinforced with 19x19mm & 19 guage MS square type & EPDM rubber gasket weather seal provided alround & the corners are rigidly joined with 2 Nos.of 150mm long \"L\" shape 15x15mm MS square tube inserted into the 19x19mm MS square to be complete and PVC shutter of 30mm thick PVC solid I panel made out of 19x19mm & guage MS square tube for style & outer frames 15mm MS grill frame for top & solid PVC sheet shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheet for panelling shall rigidly fixed inposition including necessary furniture fittings. The overall size of the styles shall be 50x30mm. The overall size of the top rail, lock rail & bottom rail shall be 75x30mm. The overall size of the frames shall be 50x45mm with suitable rebate for housing the shutter. (The solid PVC door shutter with frame should be got approved by the before use on work).
34Paintingthe new wood work two coats withbest approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat of approved quality in all floors including cost of paint, labour and other materials like brushes, putty andscaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the departmental officer before use on work).
35Painting the new iron work with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat and including cost of painting materials, brushes, putty, preparation of surfaces and scaffolding charges etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer. (Thequality and colour of paint should be got approved by the departmental officer before use on work).
36Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of interior emulsion over one coat of water based cement primer including cost for emulsion, primer, cleaning and scrapping the walls, rendering the wallssmooth with necessary putty, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, labour charges,including plaster of paris putty etc., as per standard specification.(The colour and shade of the distemper shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).
