1Material and labour for vacuuming complete system of central air conditioning plant at Signal Centre (2X12TR) with double stage vacuum pump of(-) 2Kg/cm² vacuum pressure after repairs to compressor or repair in refrigeration system, charging the dry nitrogen gas,and hold up to 24 hrs and rectifing the leackage if any by repairing the "O" ring and gland packing of service valve/ Oil seal including top up the compressor oil and charging R-22 the gasall as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.Note :- Referigerant Gas R-22, Nitrogen gas and compressor oil will be measured and paid separately under relevant Items.Once charged the R - 22 gas it should hold in the system minimum six month, if the gas leaked from the system the contractor has to charged gas at his own cost.
2Dismantling of unserviceable induction motor of 2 HP from the top of cooling tower, 3 phase, 415 Volt, 930 rpm having long shaft for getting coupled with fan blade assembly, transporting the same upto repair workshop, carryout repair work, re-assembling all parts and fitting at the top of cooling tower and testing for smooth functioning. NOTE : Major spare parts required for repair shall be measured andpaid separately as supply only.
3Material & labour for re-winding of induction motor, 2 HP by super enamelled insulated copper wire of existing gauge with same number of turns, providing insulated paper into the slots, varnishing and backing of winding complete all as specified and directed.
4Material and labour for opening of foundations, nuts, bolts coupling and transportation of unserviceable mono block pump/centrifugal& motor, 5 HP, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 2880 RPM( Make: Jyoti Ltd.) up to repair workshop, dismantling all parts of pumps, motor, carryout repair work , re-assembling the mono block pump & motor, re-transportation and re-installation at its original location and testing for proper functioning all as specified and directed. NOTE : Major spare parts required for repair shall be measured andpaid separately as supply only.
5Material & labour for re-winding of induction motor, 5 HP by super enamelled insulated copper wire of existing gauge with same number of turns, providing insulated paper into the slots, varnishing and backing of winding complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :Major Spare parts required for repair /replacement shall be measured andpaid separately as supply only.
6Supply only sealed ball bearing of existing size suitable to house into the existing housing of mono block pump.
7Supply only cooling fan made out of good quality plastic of existing size and as per sample approved by AGE (I).
8Supply only impeller made out of gunmetal, mixed flow pattern type
9Supply only key impeller as per sample
10Material and labour for opening of foundation nuts, bolts and removal from AHU to induction motor 10 HP, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 1450 RPM, transportation up to repairs workshop, dismantling all parts, carryout repair work re-assembling the motor, re-transportation and install in the position where directed including making necessary electrical connection complete & testing upto the satisfaction of Engr-in Charge. NOTE :Spare parts required for repair shall be measured andpaid separately as supply only.
11Material & labour for re-winding of induction motorof 10 HP by super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge with existing number of turn in each phase, providing insulated paper in slots, varnishing and backing of winding complete all as specified and as directed.
12De-watering of water collecting chamber of cooling tower 24 TR capacity and taking out of PVC fins (filters of cooling towers) and water sprinklers, carryout cleaning of each fins by pressure water, removing the rusted/dust layers for opening of ducts of fins, cleaning of water collecting chamber, segregating worn out PVC fins, re-assembling the serviceable fins, water sprinklers etc.and carryout testing forproper functioning all as specified and directed. Notes: (i)The cleaning be carried out once in three months. (ii) The worn out PVC fins or sprinklers will be replaced by new PVC fins and sprinklers which will be measured and paid separately as supply only under serial item No-8.01 & 8.02 here in after.
13Supply only PVC fins of existing size as per sample suitable for 24 TR cooling tower.
14Supply only water sprinklers of existing size (as per sample approved by AGE (I))
15Supply, hoisting and fixing in proper position ISI marked multi-layer rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top), of capacity 1000 litres with and including 20mm bore PTMT float and ball valve set including providing necessary connections after disconnecting and demolition of existing PVC tankcomplete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
16Removing end caps of tube type condenser 2 x 12 TR capacity by opening or cutting of nuts & bolts,etc, and Material & labour for de-scaling of condenser units by using wire brush and scaling dilution solution (Coil Shine in the ration 1:3 i.e. one percent Coil Shine and three % of water), reassembling of end caps, etc. and testing against leakage for proper functioning all as specified and directedNotes: (i)Thede-scaling of condenser units be carried out once in three months
17Material and labour for charging of refrigerant gas 22 including testing against leakage complete all as directed.
18Supply and chargingof nitrogen gas for leak testing of central A/C plant system.
19Supply and fixing brass NRV of existing size and as per sample.
20Material and labour for the following machines and equipment of the AC plant two coats of painting to match with the existing after cleaning the body and old rusted paint, fixing back, testing and commissioning complete all as directed. (a) Condenser unit - 02 Nos (b) AHU - 01 No (c) Cooling tower - 01 No (d) Compresser - 02 Nos
21Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surface of steel and iron and applying one coat of synthetic enamel pain, first quality, to monoblock/ Centrifugal pumpup to hp after removing of old paint by rubbing embroyed paper/wire brushed complete preparationsurfaces all as specified anddirected.
22Taking down, dismantling and opening of the compressorfor over hauling, cleaning, washing, machining and mechanical repair work etc. Checking of its all parts for serviceability/unserviceability and reassembling all serviceable parts all as per original, and replacement of defective parts as required for smooth functioning of the compressor and testing after erection in original position to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Note :- (i) All defective/unserviceable spare parts/items required for over hauling shall be measured and paid as supply only (ii) Gas charging and gas and compressor oil shall be measured and paid separately )

49Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised strip of 25 x 4mm sizeby means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 40mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion including taking out unserviceable earthing plate and accessoriesall as specified and as directed. (Note: Earth strip upto a length of 7.50 m from earthplate shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.)
50Supply and connecting flat, water proof, PVC insulated, 4 Sqmm, PVC sheathed, 3 core, 1100 volt grade, multi stranded copper conductor cable, confirming to IS-694/1990 including taking down existing cable complete all as specified and as directed.
51Servicing of air handling unit by removing prefilter and micron air filter, cleaning/washing the filter and reassemblingincluding minor repair rectification of exhaust system, heating coil, cooling coil, heating / cooling recovery system, air filter chambers, sound attenuators, mixing chamber and dampers complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i)The cleaning be carried out once in three months. (ii) Major spare parts required for repair shall be measured andpaid separately as supply only.
52Supply only air dampers as per existing size suitable for 24 TR AC plant complete all as specified nad directed by Engr In Charge
53Supply only AHU filter of various sizes made of wire mesh for air filteration upto 15 microns.

60Supply, assembly and erection of GI Sheet with TDF rectangular/Square sheet made out of "L" shaped hollow profile duly factory boxed including all accessories such as corner, cleat, carriahge bolt, gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal Joints etc complte of size 24/20 Gauge
61M&L for duct insulation with rasin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 Kg/Cum with factory laminated Al Vapour barreir, thickness of insulation 25 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge
62Supply and lay 50mm bore steel water tubing, galvanised "medium grade’ GI pipe with all necessary fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors/surface/trench complete including taking down old unserviceable pipe all as specified and as directed for 50mm bore.
63All as per item No.24 above but for 63 mm bore.

65Supply and fix gun-metal, gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed after taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified & directed for 50 mm bore.

68Supply and laying 3 layer PP-R polypropyline random copolymer concealed pipes 32 mm bore of SDR 7.4 (PN-16) UV stabilised and anti-microbial fusion welded having thermal stability for water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropyline random fittings fixed complete to laid in wall/trenches complete all as specified including all fittings etc.
69Supply & fixing connecting and testing of PP-R Gate valve of size 32 mm boreand including taking down old unserviceable, complete all as specified and directed.
70Material & labour for minor leak repairs in copper tubes ofvarious size with brazing, cleaning / flushing, checking any leakage and make good including testing 300 PSI complete all as specified including all fittings etc.
