| 7 | Notes : For item No 1 to item No 6) (A) MONTHLY INSPECTION AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE:- Contractor shall provide qualified trained service engineer from OEM/Authorised by OEMas refered item No 1 to 6 above to visit at site with material and labour , testing equipment to check / inspection and routine maintenance including following:- (a) DG set servicing (B-check, C-check) (b) DG set Maintenance/Health checkup. (c) Control Panel/APFC Panel/Alternator troubleshooting only. (d) Replacement of avr, water pump, starter motor, charging alternator, Fuel, coolant & lube oil hose, solenoid as per requirement. (e) Check lube oil level and conditioning of lube oil, top up/refill if required. (f) The oil filters shall be replaced whenever oil is changed. (g) The air filters shall be cleaned periodically with compressed air, check batteries and top up the distilled water if required. (h) Check functioning of alternator. (i) Engine safety viz. high water temperature gauge, oil pressure gauge, oil temperature gauge and high speed gauge shall be checked for their functions and repaired/ replaced if required. |
| 8 | (j) Coolant level and conditioning of coolant shall be checked and refilled if required. (k) Check fan and alternator drive belts and tightened if required. (l) The governor shall be checked and tuned for proper functioning. (m) Check for leaks if any and shall be rectified. (n) Checking and servicing of engine for smooth running, its unusual sound and color of smoke and exhaust and set it right in case of deviations (o) Checking of wiring system and repairing/replacement as and when required (p) Checking of battery terminal an de-sulphating (q) Diagnosis of faults in engine and Alternator and its rectification. (r) Repairs to existing unserviceable AMF panel of any make/capacity (15 KVA to 160 KVA) comprising the following works :- |
| 9 | Checks all electrical components such as power contactor assembly, relay, timers selector switches, HRC fuse, battery charger, control wiring complete and replace the burnt out wiring with suitable size copper wire etc and rectification of defects including replacement of defective items, cleaning all electrical components all as directed. (B) SPECIAL INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE:- During operation if machine become unserviceable for that contractor shall provide qualified trained authorised service Engineer and technicians from OEM/Authorised by OEM to visit at site with material & labor, testing equipment to check and attend complaints as and when called and rectify the fault within 24 hours of the DG set by following all the recommendations and instruction given in the mannual and service instruction. (C) Unserviceable parts shall be replaced with new parts (spare parts shall be measured and paid under respective items as supply only). |
