Iii ) . To Assist Officer In Shifting The Chemicals, Bottles & Other Materials From Central Laboratory Store To Raw Water Store. Iv ) . To Assist Officer As And When Miscellaneous Jobs Assign. Schedule – C I ) . Preparation / Grinding Of Coal Samples Of Coal Rake Sample Ii ) . Preparation / Grinding Of Raw Coal Feeder Samples In Alternative Days Supplied By Third Party, Iii ) . Preparation / Grinding Of Raw Coal Feeder, Rejection And Mill Pulverized Samples Received From Sgp. Iv ) . Preparation Of Various Raw Material Samples And Scale Samples. V ) . Preparation Of Product Urea Samples. Vi ) . To Assist Officer For Urea Dust In Bagging Plant. Vii ) . To Assist The Officer For Sulphur Bentonite Plant Related Samples Analysis Jobs. Viii ) . To Assist The Officer In Central Lab To Carry Equipment, Apparatus For Special Jobs As And When Required. Schedule – D I ) To Carry Scoops / Shovels And Hammers From Central Lab To Coal Yard And Back, Ii ) To Carry The Prepared Samples From Coal Yard To Area To Central Lab. Iii ) Crushing / Grinding And Sieving Of Coal Rake Samples, Iv ) Up Keep Of Coal Crushing And Grinding Room, V ) Disposal Of Left Over Sample To Coal Yard Area From Central Lab. Vi ) To Assist Officer As And When Coal Analysis And Other Miscellaneous Jobs On Requirement Basis. Schedule – E I ) . To Take Three Specimen From Each Bag For Testing The Strength Parameters For Ii ) . Length, Width, Width Lamination Joint And Bottom Seams. Iii ) . To Assist In The Operation Of Tensile Testing Machines For Strength Testing Of Hdpe Bags. Iv ) . To Assist Committee For Testing Of Bentonite Sulphur Bopp Bags. Schedule – F I ) . To Assist The Officers Working In Shifts ( A+B+C ) In Collecting Samples From Different Points In The Plant And Carrying The Same Samples From Respective Points To Plant / Central Lab. Ii ) . To Assist Officer In Collection Of Water, Urea Product Drain Samples For Central Laboratory On Sundays & Ghs. Iii ) . To Assist Officer During Plant Shut Down And Plant Start Up Jobs. Schedule – G Scope Of Work For Skilled Worker: The Job Involves But Not Limited To The Following: I ) Prepare Critical Parameters Report Of Ammonia, Urea, Sgp, Gtg-Hrsg, Etp And Dm Plant And Reported To Concerned Department And Up Keeping Records. Ii ) Maintain Daily Inward And Outgoing Dak And Dispatch Register. Iii ) Maintain Record Of Attendance Record And Prepare Monthly Attendance Of Laboratory. Iv ) Maintain Hspcb, Cpcb And Moffcc Correspondence Record And Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly And Yearly Reports Of Haryana Pollution Control Board And Cpcb / Moffcc Report If Any. V ) Maintain Raw Material And Other Miscellaneous Samples Record And Prepare Their Report. Vi ) Maintain Monthly, Quarterly And Half Yearly Record Of Corporate Office And Prepare Their Reports. Vii ) Maintain Hindi Work Record And Prepare Their Reports. Viii ) Maintain Weekly Analysis Report Of Micro Biological And Srb Of Cooling Water. Ix ) Maintain Monthly Analysis Record Of Cooling Tower Corrosion Coupon Report. X ) Maintain Monthly Raw Water And Filter Water Record And Prepare Their Reports.
