Day to day maintenance of R.O. Plants i/c the cost of consumable like chemical, anti-scalant solution, P.H. Connection solution etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Anti-Scalant dosing chemical consumption per month

Provision for comprehensive routine wear and tear of raw water pumps, Chillar Plants, Dispensing Unit, high pressure pumps,electrical spare parts & control panels & wire & cabels repairing & replacement.

Replacementofmembranesofsize4\"x40\" including providing and fixing in plants make of hydronautic/Filmtech dow/LG/Tora.(once in whole period of maintenanceiffoundnecessary,contractor shallreplacethenewelylaidmembranesif found out of order during running and operation period.)
Testing of RO water for chemical and Biological testquarterly intervals from Jal Board/NABL approved lab as directed by E-I-C.

Providing applying epoxy paint of all paintable parts of RO plants by spray machine including removable of rust and applyingaprimingcoatallcompleteasper direction and satisfaction of E-I-C.

Cleaning ofwater storage tank (inside surface Area) of4000litrescapacityinstalledaton the roof of booth with coconut brushes, duster etc., removalofsilt,rubbishfromthetankand cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5 gm perlitrecapacityoftank,includingmarking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body &disposingof malba, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
