| 3 | Charges for dismantling Inspection doors flaps, flap shaft damper flaps, grinding for free movement links flap checking for efficient link power transmission and reassembling the above parts as per the direction of engineer in charge in Hot air damper. Dismantling of hot air gate cylinder, dismantling the end caps, shaft and piston and cleaning of cylinder inside, changing piston seals, checking the gate side ways and grinding for free movement and assembling above parts including cost of consumables and T&P’s. |

| 6 | Charges for dismantling the wornout hot air gate cylinder, shaft aluminium disc, seals top & bottom flanges, renewal of the damaged parts and assembling all the above to have pucca open/ close operation without assembly leaks to withstand a pressure of 7kg/cm² including cost of consumables and T&P’s. |
| 7 | Charges for removal of spreaded and accumulated coal powder and debris near hot air gates, cold air ducts, CAD and CAG area of Unit-II and other 0 mtr area by lifting, transporting and dumping in the coal yard. Including cost of consumables and T&P’s. |
