Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S tube 1.5m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.s tube, MS tube chaillies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffiolding for working platform etc and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc complete as per direction and approval of Engineer-in-Charge. Height of the building upto 3rd floor= 16 mtr.

Dismantling & removing old and damaged R.C.C chajja, shelves, fins & parapet includingstacking the useful materials for re-use & removing the debris within 50 mtr lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.No. of cornice layer to be removed and repaired= 5 nos.

Disposal of debris within 10 km lead including conveyance of unused materials including loading unloading,etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting & placing uncoated HYSD bar(of reputed ISI make) reinforcementcompleteaspertechnicalspecificationincludingcost, conveyance of all materials etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Rigid&smoothcentering&shutteringfor Roof floor , roof slab, landing, balconies, projecting sunshades and chajjas up to 4.3m height. at 3rd floor for pouringconcrete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Drilling of 12mm dia hole from a depth of 80mm and inserting a RE Bar 8 mm dia with epoxy bonding agent/chemicals (Preferably WURTH/ HILTI RE 100 make) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of epoxy bonding agent two parts (hardener & base) solvent free bonding agent for old and new concrete & mortar to attain excellent adhesive strength and allowing comfortable open time to work , including transportation , loading & unloading , labour cess, etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C work of M-25 gradewith 20mm & down grade crusher broken hard Granite chipsincluding hoisting & laying with cost of all labour, materials with all taxes, lead ,T & P etc all complete including addmixture/ waterproofing compound as per direction of Engineer-in-charge..
