( 1 ) Attending And Resolving Complaints / Calls Of The Branches & Offices Pertaining To Onsite Maintenance, Repair, Part Replacement, Installation, Configuration, Monitoring, And Updating Of Hardware, Peripherals, Application Software & Operating Software And Other In-House Packages & Programs Including Installation, Regular Updating And Maintenance Of Antivirus Software ( Trend Macro Etc. ) And Client Authentication Enterprise ( Cae ) In All The Pcs, Laptops And All Kiosks Periodically And Whenever Required. ( 2 ) Implementation And Continuous Support For Active Directory Migration Related Work Including User Domain Creation And Configuration Of Pcs And Peripherals Suitably Enabling Smooth Functioning In All The Branches And Offices On Daily Basis. ( 3 ) Configuration Of Pcs And Biometric Devices To Enable Finacle Dc / Dr Access At Branches And Facilitate Ekyc / Uidekyc, Aadhar Authentication Related Activities And Other Menus At All Branches In The Required Number Of Pcs And Attending Issues Of Branches Related To Configuration Of Pcs For Ekyc / Uidekyc And Aadhar Authentication Related Work And Helping Branches On Regular Basis. ( 4 ) To Ensure Smooth, Uninterrupted And Continuous Working Of The Computer Hardware, Peripherals, Antivirus Software, Operating Software And Application Software Including All In-House Software In The Branches And Offices With Least Downtime During The Contract Period And Adhering To The Instructions From The Zonal Office In Carrying Out The Work Allotted By Them Directly To The Service Level Engineers And Accomplishing The Tasks Allotted To Them In Time. ( 5 ) Configuration Of Pcs To Enable Digital Pension Activities At All Branches And Offices, Unicode Installation In All The Pcs Of The Branches And Offices As Also Installation, Up-Gradation, Maintenance And Installation Of Rajbhasha Software In The Pcs At Branches Enabling Dd, Passbook ( Both Sb & Ppf Pbs ) Printing In Hindi. Cts Clearing Support. Maintenance Of Passbook Printing Kiosks ( Pbks ) Shall Also Be Covered Wherever And Whenever Required. ( 6 ) Providing Periodic Preventive Maintenance Services On Quarterly Basis And On Demand As Per Requirement Of The Branches / Offices Including Cleaning, Repairing And Replacement Of Parts And Accessories. Hardware Tagging, Lan Network Cable Tagging And Rack Maintenance. ( 7 ) Management Of Vc And Webex / Google Meet Called By Zone / Nbg / Ho ( 8 ) Bank’S Business Continuity In All Circumstances Being The Prime Objective, The Selected Vendor / S Shall Also Have To Assist The Branches And It Department In Ensuring Smooth And Continuous Working And For Upgradation Of Finacle Versions By Providing Onsite Personal Support Of Configuration Of Pcs, Scanners, Printers, Biometric Devices Etc..
