Repairing/welding of worn out sprocket segment seat & oval holes by suitable low hydrogen and hard facing electrodes. 4. Repairing/grinding of welded sprocket segment sent portions and sprocket, segment mounting holes to it’s original shape/ Dimension. 5. Proper fitment of all 18 nos. Sprocket segments in both the sprocket boss. 6. Repair of worn out idler assembly and roller mounting of track frame by removal of broken bolt and welding/grinding of its seat portion. 7. Fitment /repairing/grinding/tapping of track rollers, carrier rollers and idler assembly and its mounting thread. 8. Fitment of both side track frame and track chain after tapping of matser joint with recommended torqueing. 9. Fitment of blade assembly and adjustment of the chain upto recommended slackness. |
