Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services -Testing Of Potable Water In Township And Factory Areas Of Bhel, Bhopal ---- Total Quantity : 1.1 1.2 The Contract Shall Cover Testing Of Drinking / Potable Water In Factory And Township Areas Of Bhel, Bhopal As Per Is10500:2012. Collection Of Samples Including Sampling And Testing Is To Rates Are To Be Quoted On Per Sample Basis ( Including Collection Of Samples And Testing ) . Work Will Be Measured In Per Sample Basis, Duly Tested And After Submission Of Results. Bhel Reserves The Right To Vary The Location Of Sampling And The Contractor Will Be Bound To Execute The Same Accordingly, At His Quoted Rate. 1.3 Co-Ordination With Concerned Area In-Charge Has To Be Done By The Contractor. For This, 1.4 Deployment Of Adequate Communication And Deployment Of Responsible Manpower Shall Be Required. The Tenderer Shall Quote His Rate Considering Cost Of All Materials, Labour, Required Tools, 1.5 Tackles, Vehicle For Collection And Transportation Of Samples & Incidentals Complete In All Respect For Carrying Out The Contracted Work. 1.6 Schedule Wise Detail Of Work To Be Executed Is As Below A. Schedule No. 01 Sampling In This Schedule Is To Be Carried Out At Three Locations ( 1 Location Inside Factory And 2 Locations In Township Area ) Every Week. Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Following ( I ) Communicating With Responsible In Charge For Finalising Location Of Sampling. ( Ii ) Sampling Of Potable Water / Drinking Water In Previously Treated Collection Tubes / Vials. ( Iii ) Transportation Of The Collected Samples To Their Respective Labs For Testing. ( Iv ) Testing And Generation Of Reports Of The Collected Samples ( V ) Submission Of The Reports Both In Soft Copy And Hard Copy Area In-Charge. B. Schedule No. 02 Sampling In This Schedule Is To Be Carried Out At 4 Locations ( 2 Locations Inside Factory And 2 Locations In Township Area ) Twice A Year ( Once Before And Once After Monsoon ) . Contractor Will Responsible For The Following ( I ) Communicating With Responsible In Charge For Finalising Location Of Sampling. ( Ii ) Sampling Of Potable Water / Drinking Water In Previously Treated Collection Tubes / Vials. ( Iii ) Transportation Of The Collected Samples To Their Respective Labs For Testing.
