| 1 | To perform such services and execute works upon the terms and condition contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions here-in-after contained as may be deemed and as are enumerated in MES Standard Schedule of Rates (here-in-after referred to as the MES Schedule) Part - I (2009) and Part II (2020) together with amendment No 1 (a), (b),2 & 3 of Part I (2009) and 1 to 59 of Part II (2020) during the period of one year from the date of acceptance letter at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Schedule and as Such other rates may be fixed undere the provision of condition 62 (D) of IAFW-2249 (General Condition of the Contracts together with Errata from 1 to 20 and amendment from 1 to 40. NOTE:- (i) Tenderer shall insert percentage at the 11th row and 5th Column of this BOQ Excel Sheet (ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option Excess (+) or less (-) sheet to quote the percentage above below SSR (iii) Amount inserted by the MES under rates Column and the amount reflected in the pages is approximate and forreference only.Being Terms Contract, work shall be pricedat the rates given in SSR subject to adjusment of percentage quoted by the tenderer in this pages while placing work order and payment shall be made accordingly (iv)The unit rate quoted by the tenderer shall include all taxes/duties exise duty,custom duty,GST and/or any other taxes as applicable.This is an express condition of this contract and no claim on this account shall be entertained by the department on this account. (v)Tenderer attention are invited towards deduction of GST,LWCESS,INCOME TAX etc on works contract at source which has come in to force as per notification of Finance Department of Govt of Jharkhand/ Central govt.The above taxes are deemed to be included in the percentage quoted by the tenderer and no claim in this regard is admissible on this account later on and will be recovered from RAR/Final bill at source all taxes as applicable. |
