Nature of Work : Repair and maintenance of DG Sets of CVRDE Avadi

5	Note : (i)Radiator Coolant, Engine oil and filters will be measured and paid Separetly under relevant items.
6	Disconnecting all incoming and out going rubber hose and drain out the water from choked radiator assembly of the following capacities of DG sets in various locations under CVRDE Avadi and taking down the radiator assembly by unscrewing all mechanical connections fromtheexisting mounting, cleaning throughly the choked pipe of radiator by using suitable cleaning agents like caustic soda, cotton waste etc. Cleaning of all the diposited sediments in the pipes, arresting the leakages by soldering/braging the pipes and testing after completion of above works, and fixing the same to its original position with suitable size of nut, bolts and washers etc for the following DG sets all as specified and directed.

9	Taking down the unserviciablewater hose pipe complete and belt kit and supply and fix of new hose pipe and belt kit in its position as per the existing make and model complete for the undermentioned capacities of DG sets installed at CEAD, EMI/EMC, Auditorium and Simulator buildings at Technical area of CVRDE Avadi including necessary fixing arrangements required at site and testing after completion of work all as specified and as directed.
