Name of Work: Design, Fabrication and Erection of Tensile structure for Bus Stand in Vellakovil Municipality
Sl. No. Item Description
1Steel Structure Specification.The structure shall be designed in accordance with I.S.Codes based on location and site conditions and load combinations. The structure would be made of SHS, CHS, RHS and other sections of Apollo / Nezone or equivalent make appropriation to suite the design criteria of sizes of 90dia, 76dia, 60dia, 100 x 100 x 3.2 mm tk with base plates of 300 x 400 x 12 mm tk and 300 x 300 x 12 mm tk for stay pipes and gussets of 6 mm to 8 mm to complete. The structure would be finished with Epoxy primer and Epoxy paint to finish as per colour choice of Architect or Engineer in-charge.Tensile Membrane Fabric :-The fabric as designed to suite the site conditions and design would be of 900 gsm imported as per make of Diminishing warranty of 15 years as given by the manufacturer, The converter to convert the said fabric with High Frequency welding with proper Kedar to make sure the fabric can be fixed with proper Tout to the structure.
