| 1 | Inspection and maintenance of conveyor system in plant. The job includes necessary assistance & repairing for any type of chain conveyor break down at any point of time, any maintenance and repair of conveyor system including change of palmer block, alignment of motor with gearbox, positioning of all motor canopies/ moving parts guard, tightness of loose conveyor railing, replacement of missing rails, replacement of coupling bush at any point and section as directed by shed officer including attending the jobs in holidays and non working shifts as directed, daily checking of conveyor drive unit for oil level and necessary topping up/ replacement of lube oil, arresting of soap solution leakage, repair & maintenance of gear boxes as and when required & directed, greasing of plumber block bearing as and when required & directed, replacement of conveyor chain with new conveyor chain as and when directed, jointing of conveyor chain as and when required. The job includes serving and repair of conveyor system on site. All spares and consumables required shall be provided by IOC.Deduction of Rs.50/- per cumulative hour beyond 15 minstoppage on account of chain cut and telescopic conveyor breakdown (3 Semi Skilled Worker in each shit) |
| 2 | DAILY:- Ensuring regular maintenance of sprockets , shafts for all types of gear boxes (Planetory, Nord,worm type) , conveyor counter weights and replacement of the same as when it is worn out in order to ensure nil break down in the shift and to replace the same in case of breakdown during the shift. The item includes regular inspection andgreasing for smooth operation, inspecting for looseness if any, and inspecting for alignment of shafts and sprockets.Deduction of Rs.50/- per cumulative hour beyond 15 minshall be made for each production losson account of sproket/shaft breakdown |
| 3 | Assistance in daily checking of calibration/ repair of CVT & AVTS, OLD and VLD and undertaking daily preventive maintenance as per schedule. The job also include providing assistance in repairing/ maintenance, calibration of the above-mentioned equipments on Sunday/ Holiday and also if required in night shift for attending any breakdown. Necessary spares and consumables will be provided by IOC. (3 Semi Skilled Worker in each shit) |
| 4 | Cleaning, servicing & adjusting of carousel filling machines. The job has to be undertaken on Holidays or non working shifts only, as directed. The job includes necessary replacements of spares and consumables and calibration of the filling machines to ensure proper weighment and desired filling accuracy. Necessary spares and consumables will be provided by IOC (3 Semi Skilled Worker in each shit) |
| 5 | AILY:- Regular maintenance of gear boxes which includes oil top up , draining of old oil and replacing with fresh oil as per schedule , checking for the alignments, checking for looseness of foundation bolts and gear box sprockets, inspecting bearing condition,oil seal condition etc in order to ensure nil breakdown during the shift. The job also includes immediate attendance of breakdown if any during the shift.Deduction of Rs.50/- per cumulative hour beyond 15 minstoppage on account of sproket/shaft breakdwon. | 6 | Daily checking, cleaning and servicing of FRLs. The job includes draining of condensates, topping up of lubricants, cleaning of filter element, replacement of filter element as and when necessary and arresting of leakage of air from fittings, valves, pneumatic cylinders if any. All the consumables and spares required will be provided by IOC. (3 Semi Skilled Worker deployed in each shift) |
| 7 | Maintaing Leak free Conveyors:leakages from the running conveyorsis to bestopped or it is to be directed into soap solution trays, the soap trays, running trays, idle traysto maintained in leak free condition. Ensuring that the necessary tray overflow pipelines provided in the floors are are not choked and excess soap water is collected /drained properly to ensure nil soap solution leakage inside the floor area. There should not be Leaks from the conveyors other than from Drive Sections. (Fabrication/Modificationworks if any will be paid separtely) (3 Semi Skilled + 1 Skilled Worker deployed in each shift) |
| 8 | routine checking, repair& maint of 5 kg/10 kg/47.5 kg filling machine, nano cut dozing unit, cold repair unit, vapour extraction system. The job also includes providing assistance in repairing /maintenance of the equipments on Sunday/holiday and also if required in night shift for attending any breakdown. Necessary spares will be provided by IOCL (1 Skilled Worker in General shift) |
| 9 | Carry out preventive maintenance of TLD arms, greasing of swewle joints, Cleaning of sight flow indicator, greasing of all valves, checking and arresting of LPG leakae through joints. Preventive maintenance of LPG vapour compressors,checking & topping up oil level, checking and thightining belt tension, preventive maintenance of cooling water pumps, checking and replacing gland packing, cleaning of chocked nozzles of colling water jets, ensuring proper water flow through vapour compressor and LPG pump. Necessary spares and consumables shall be supplied by IOC. Records to be maintained & brought for verification to IOCL officials. (1 Skilled Worker in Each Shift) |
| 10 | Routine checking, repair& maint of ST plant and degassing shed equipments such as depressurizing unit, dewatering unit, manual valve unscrewing unit, hydrotest machine, pneumatic test machine, painting booth, air compressor, valve change machine, check scale. The job also includes providing assistance in repairing /maintenance of the equipments on Sunday/holiday and also if required in night shift for attending any breakdown. Necessary spares will be provided by IOCL (1 Skilled Worker in General shift) |
| 11 | Assistance to ensure proper placement of cylinders in carousel bed near introduction unit and proper ejection of cylinders from bed, weight correction unit, evacuation unit. Manpower assistance to OEM/third party for carrying out AMC or other maintenance works pertaining to shed equipments (3 Semi Skilled Worker deployed in each shift) |
| 12 | Providing welding machine includingtwo man power, weilding cable, holder, view glasses all complete on hourly basis for weilding job inside filling shed, filled shed and CR shed. Weilding rod will be provided by IOCL. The period of hire will be start when machine is shifted to the shed and will complete when machine is released by shed officer. the job also includes shifting of welding machine to and fro from contractor"s store to the site of work |
| 13 | Any Type of Plumbing work in Plant & TT Parking Area, maintenance of supply water line for washing unit, water bath and borewell. Spares and consumables shall be supplied by IOC. Records to be maintained & brought for verification to IOCL officials. (1 Skilled Worker in General shift) |

| 19 | Checking operation of all hydrants and monitors valves on monthly basis or as and when required to ensure that no valve is passing or un-operable, arresting all water leakage, replacement of gland packing, replacing defective valve from store. The job also includes arresting of leakage of hydrant system as and when required. |
| 20 | Section wise flushing of hydrant line on weekly basis as per schedule by opening/closing of isolation valves of individual loops as per requirement and guidance of maintenance in charge. |
| 21 | Checking weight of CO2 cartridge, nozzle cap, safety clip, screw cap hole, gasket cover, powder, hose, nozzle of DCP type fire extinguisher and CO2 type fire extinguisher. Job includes taking out fire extinguisher from designated place to testing place, testing of fire extinguisher, replacing damaged parts and putting all fire extinguisher back to designated place.
