The Job Includes disconnecting input/outputconnections,dismounting,dismantling of the AHU motor, cleaning of the surafces,making ways for bearing, keys,fans etc,assembling of AHUafter providing and fitting of required items, mounting,fixing ,aligning ,providing shims (if required), testing on no load as well as on full load. The job includes shifting, loading, unloading including head load to and from SKIMS to workshop and vice versa (inside as well as outside the premises) .In case of fabrication of items,standard gauge of metal sheets and insulation as per sample are to be provided .The job also includes taking tapping at various points so as to provide conection for external circuit for input /output water and sir .The job includesapplying two coats ofredoxide , providing ,cotton rolls,PVC sleeves etc as required.All sundry items including geasing, rustoline, nuts, bolts, keys, gaskets, cleaning clothes, safety items, tools, tackles etc are to be arranged by the firm |
