Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank with in the initial lead of 10m and a lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff block cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc complete complying with SS20B. TNDSS No:23&24

Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting with necessary centering for soffits upto 3 meter height using mild steel sheet of size 90 cm x 60 cm x 10 mm gauge with MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10cm x 6cm spaced upto 90cm c/c and casurina props or 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 0.750 cm c/c complying with standard specifications as per TNDSS NO : 30 & 86.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (one part of cement two part of sand and four part of aggregates) using machine broken granite jelly of 20 mm size for all cement concrete works excluding cost of centering shuttering strutting and also cost of reinforcement grill in position but including laying vibrating with mechanical vibrators using finishing etc complete, as directed by the departmental officers etc complete complying with standard specification. Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam of required thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base / Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause. 406 of MORTH Rev-5.

Supply of interlocking paver block M40 grade bounding and laying of 80 mm thick high strength type conforming IS 15658-2006 of rubberized interlocking paver block in required sizes of minimum compressive strength of 40N/mm² in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurrying bone pattern with approved non sticking surface in the top and the rate including levelling the base preparation of sub base with cushion 100 mm thick, laying out the pavement cut the pieces to fit the edge, vibrating the pavers, sweeping transporting, loading, unloading and laying interlocking paver block as per standard specification.
