This includes surface prepartion by shot/grit/copper slag blasting to Swedish StandardSA 2½ for painting, supply and application of Painting for structural members as per specifications (Primer coat: Red Oxide Zinc Phosphate Primer (P3), DFT 60-70 µm (2 coats of 30-35 µm); Finish coat: Synthetic Enamel Paint (F6), DFT 40-50 µm (2 coats of 20-25 µm); Total DFT shall be minimum 100 µm) at site of approved colour, including loading, transportation, unloading, delivery at erection site, storage and handling at site, site assembly and finally erection of structures at appropriate location, alignment and bolting/welding of all structures true to line, level, plumb and dimension. The work shall be completed in all respect as per drawings, technical specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Payment shall be made based on approved fabrication drawings) |
