Clearing the site of work from debris of damaged boundary wall including earth work in excavations, to work for the construction of boundary wall as per the instructions.

Demolishing loose/ damaged brick work in cement mortar manually including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 M lead as per direction.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructural above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and size in Cemen mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size).

Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) upto 10 metre height, backing filled with a grout of average 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade.- Gang saw cut stonea. 30 mm thick White (dholpur) sand stone

Providing and fixing expansion hold fasteners on brick masonry surface backing including drilling necessary holes and the cost of bolt etc complete.-Fastener with threaded dia 6mm.

Removing waste building material, malba etc. from the site of work to authorized dumping groundby mechanical means including taking permission from the local authority as per requirement. (minimum capacity 100 cuft Truck)

Removingthe big log of tree hanged on the boundary wall under construction by cutting machine etc. to complete the boundary wall as per the instructions. (Tree Log size: 12 feet long x 12 to 14 feet girth approximately)
