1Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.
2Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.
3Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.
4Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
5Providing, mixing and applying epoxy bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect.
6Supplying, Fabricating, erecting / fixing in position Reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete items at all depths and heights below and above plinth level with high yield strength deformed bars conforming to IS 1786, Fe 500D with TM Treatment from approved source (Vizag steel, Tata, SAIL, Jindal etc.,) including transporting steel to site, loading , unloading, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending using rod bending machine , fixing and tying in position with two strands of 18 gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire, providing cement mortar cover blocks in CM 1:1, etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer - in- Charge.
7Providing formwork (centering and shuttering) using timber planks/steel plates at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level, in vertical, horizontal and inclined plates including propping and bracing using Acro pipes or steel tubular staging, stripping for in-situ reinforced and plain cement concrete work as required, chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets and applying a coat of shuttering oil on all contact surfaces with concrete, hacking the surfaces in contract with masonry after stripping etc., complete as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
8Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
9Reinforced Cement Concrete by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or approvedRMC sourceof Grade M -35 (Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 370 Kg/Cum) up to specified level using Portland Slag Cement (PSC) conforming to IS 455 Part-1 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech,Chettinadu, Birla, Coromandal, , KCP make) with manufactured/robo sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size including mixing superplasticizer of brand M/s. Fosroc, Demech, Huntsman, Pidilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT in proportion as per Manufacturer"s Specifications, Pumping / Lifting of concrete to the required heights, Concrete laid to properlevel, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing,curing, etc.,but excluding Formwork as specified and directed by Engineer -in- charge.
10Cement plastering 6 mm thick for ceiling with cement mortar 1:4 finished smooth finish including hacking of concrete surfaces, preparation of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding, curing, etc., complete as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
11Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5(1cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer in-charge. (d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. (e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test.“All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge.
12Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer as below into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge Stirrer mixed Acrylic Polymer of approved make @ 2% of weight of cement used) modified Cement slurry made with non shrink compound in concrete/RCC work (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.)
13Supply of apply the anticorrosive paint approved make and colour for concrete and steel structure including cleaning the surface with wire brush etc. as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect.
14Erection of Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per the direction of Engineer- in - charge.
15Providing & applying two coats of High performance, pigmented aliphatic acrylic protective and decorative coating for concrete against acidic gases, chloride ions, UV light and water with Dekgaurd S of Fosroc make over the base coat of dekgaurd primer of Fosroc make including preparation of surfaces by removing the contamination such as oil, grease, loose particles, decayed matter, moss, algal growth, laitance, and all traces of mould etc. complete in all respect as per the manufacture"s specification and as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
16Supply and laying of Acid resistant bricks 230*115*38 mm thick confirming IS 4860 Class -1 including the application of Bitumen primer as per IS 158-1981 over that layingbed mortar with Si - K mortar of Potassium silicate and joints are pointedwith furnace mortar etc.complete as per the manufacturer specification and as per the direction of EIC.
