Based On The Rate Contract, Actual Orders Will Be Placed From Time To Time For Actual Execution. In Order To Ensure Resource Optimization And To Deliver Enhanced Value To Internal Customers, Hal Intends To Deploy Web / Software Developer. Noted & Confirmed 1.3 Vendors Scope Of Work 1.3.1 The Vendor Shall Station His Resources In Hal Premises And Work Will Have To Be Carried Out At Hal Site Only, The Deployed Personnel Shall Maintain Confidentiality And Obliged To Work With The Hal Working Schedule, Security Aspects Of The Division And Beyond, If Required. Noted & Confirmed 1.3.2 The Deployed Personnel Should Be Regular Employee Of The Vendor. Qualification & Profile Of The Resources Should Be As Per Minimum Qualification As Mention Above. The Resources Deputed Will Be Assessed & Interviewed Based On The Skill Set Mention Above And Those Found Suitable Will Only Be Engaged. In Case Of Absence Of Any Resident Resources, The Vendor Should Ensure To Provide Suitable Resource With Required Skill Set Within 07 Days. Noted & Confirmed 1.3.3 All The Activities Are Highly Confidential. No Related Material / Documents Will Be Taken Outside The Hal Premises. The Details Of The Work Carried Out At Hal Shall Not Be Disclosed To Outside Sources. The Vendor Is Required To Sign A Nda ( Non-Disclosure Agreement ) With Hal. Noted & Confirmed 1.3.4 The Contractor Shall Ensure That Requisite Manpower For The Task Is Maintained. ( Towards Absenteeism Etc. ) Noted & Confirmed 1.3.5 Time Schedules For Each Type Of Application Will Have To Be Strictly Adhered To. Time Schedules And Starting Time ( T0 ) With Expected Time Of Completion Will Be Given At The Time Of Requirement. Noted & Confirmed 1.3.6 All Required Hardware, Software, Desktops, And Licenses Shall Be Provided By Hal, Aircraft Division, It Department. Noted & Confirmed 1.3.7 Development Environment In Terms Of Servers And Desktops And Test Data Shall Be Furnished By Aircraft Division, It Department.Vendor Should Not Demand Any New Toolkit Or Software To Be Procured By Hal. Noted & Confirmed 1.3.8 Contractor Shall Ensure That All Hal Security Norms Are Strictly Adhered. Noted & Confirmed 1.3.9 The Deployed Personnel Should Have Minimum Qualification As Mentioned Below And May Be Deployed After Interview And Concurrence By Hal. The Contractor Shall Be Obliged To Dismiss Any Such Personnel Who May Be Incompetent / Unsuitable At Any Point Of The Engagement Based On Instructions From Hal. Noted & Confirmed 1.3.10 The Working Days In The Week And Timing Etc. Of The Resources Shall Be Same As That Of Aircraft Division, Hal. The Deputed Personnel Shall Not Be Considered As The Employee Of Hal. However, They Shall Be Subject To The Rules & Regulations Followed By Regular Employee Of Hal. Noted & Confirmed 1.4 Activities To Be Carried Out By Vendor 1.4.1 To Design Front End & Back End Scripts In Oracle, Design, Develop, Validate & Deployment Of New Pf Application In Asp.Net And Maintenance Of Application. 1.4.2 To Support For Back End Script Development In Oracle For Erp Data Migration. 1.4.3 To Design Front End & Back End Scripts In Oracle, Design, Develop, Validate & Deployment Of Imm ( Purchase, Material Planning, Stores ) Dashboard In Asp.Net Including Maintenance Of Application. 1.4.4 To Design Front End & Back End Scripts In Oracle, Design, Develop, Validate & Deployment Of Es Dashboard In Asp.Net. 1.4.5 To Design Front End & Back End Scripts In Oracle, Develop, Validate & Deployment Of Finance Dashboard ( Mis Reports ) In Asp.Net And Maintenance Of Application. 1.4.6 To Design Front End & Back End Scripts In Oracle, Develop, Validate & Deployment Of Customer Service Dash Board In Asp.Net 1.4.7 To Query Optimization And Tuning The Oracle Sql Queries To Improve The Performance And Output Time Of All Mis Reports Available In Erp System. 1.4.8 Modification / Up-Gradation Of Existing Divisional Dashboard For Hr, Attendance, Payroll And To Be Converted To Single Sign On And Maintenance Of Dashboard / Application. 1.4.9 Design Front End & Back End Scripts In Oracle, Develop, Validate & Deployment Of Production Dash Board In Asp.Net And Maintenance Of Dashboard / Application
