Electrician / Plumber as applicable assisted with adequate / sufficient quantity of helpers as directed by Engineer-in-charge (b) The complaints shall be attended & defect shall be rectified within 08 hrs commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint failing which double the quoted unit rate alongwith a penalty @ Rs 500/- per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be levied upon/imposed in RAR of the ageement. (c) In case , after checking & attending the defect, if it is not possible to rectify the defect within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of Engineer-in-charge by the contractor/his rep team.IfEngineer-in- charge is satisfied with contractors view, no recovery will be made. (d) While attending the complaint of water supply/Electric supply if earth workis required then the same shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate itemof Sch "A".However , NO extra payments shall be made for dewatering by means of pumping set/manually as suitable arranged by the contractor. |
