NCTPS – I- M.II Circle - ICHS Dn. – FOPH – Unit I & II – Overhauling Heat exchangers, steam traps and auxiliaries during annual overhaul of units for the year 2023-2024.

Complete overhauling of heat exchanger ‘U’ tube bundle, casing and inner elements, cleaning, checking and attending any leak, conducting hydraulic test, assembling and commissioning including cost of consumables and T&P\"s.

Complete overhauling of steam trap including dismantling, cleaning, checking replacement of spares, assembling and commissioning. (Spares will be supplied by TANGEDCO) including cost of consumables and T&P\"s.

Providing re-insulation with Ceramic blankets/ wool mattress reconditioning the damaged insulation, cleaning the surface re-insulation with new wool of 75mm thickness with wire mesh knitting, plastering with puffing flux and cement mixture including cost of consumables and T&P\"s.

Cutting Aluminium/ G.I sheet to required size, bending forming and making locking grooves and fixing/ Repairing, dents removal from released Aluminium/ G.I sheets, fixing on insulation and positioning the sheets intact with suitable fasteners including cost of consumables and T&P\"s.

Overhauling of various size HFO & HSD valves including dismantling, cleaning, replacement of worn out spares, seating of gate with value, assembling of valves 65NB to 100 NB Gate valve/ NRV including cost of consumables and T&P\"s.

Reconditioning of pneumatic control valve for oil & steam which involves dismantling of diaphragm, pneumatic actuator bonnet, checking of valve seat plug reconditioning of worn out portion by metal filling, machining, grinding and finr lapping to suit with valve seat and re assembling including hire charges and cost of consumables.
