SCOPE OF WORK• • Work has to be done in 05 nos. CATD11T Dozers & 01 nos. CAT992K Payloader. 1.Periodic scheduled inspection and maintenance. Through inspection of AC system performance by team consisting of one system special specialist with a helper inline with check sheets and OEM recommendations.2.Refrigerant filling which includes - a. Leakage test with nitrogen at every point by means of applying soap solution. b.Vaccum formation in the system by means of vaccum pump. c.Refrigerant charging (R-134a) with the adjustment of high & low pressure cut-offs. d.Ensuring proper cooling within the operator cabin.

Total cost (Excluding GST) per annum including labour charge, contractor`s profit, CMPF/EPF (whichever applicable) , material cost, etc. towards Annual Maintenance Contract for cabin air condition system in CAT – make equipment (6 nos . for 2 years) as per SCOPE OF WORK & NIT
