Collection and segregation of metallic/ non-metalic wastematerials in the building premiseslike rusted items,mud, insulation materials, structural items etc. lying onthe ground floor near Boiler area, pipe rack area, TG Floor area, cooling tower area etc. Also the waste materials lying in various floors of the Boiler No1,2 and 3 floors should be collected and kept at one point on ground for removal.

The work involves the removal of the segrgated scrap /waste materials as per the Item 1. The vehicles for the transportation, loading/unloading of the scrap/waste materials, tools and tackles for carrying out the work will be in contractor\"s scope. The dumping of the materials has to be done in the scrap yard of UD/PD stores or in the areaas instructed by the Engineer Incharge, within the premises of FACT UD.

Movingand re-arranging of the usedmaterials/ equipment parts such as valve ,pumps, flanges, motors, radiators, drums, welding sets, structural items, roof sheets etc. stacked in the CPP building North and South entrance areas, Boiler Feed Pump Area, TG Floor Area etc., as per the instruction of the Engineer incharge. Such area also should be cleaned by removing the waster materials lying on the floor. All thematerials for cleaning , rigging materials/ tackles required for the work shall be arranged by the contractor. The EOT crane available in the TG floor can be used as free of coston availability. If any items stacked in this area is required to be moved to other locations in petroplant areas, vehicle for transportation shall be arranged by FACT free of cost but the loading / unloading of materials/equipmentsshall be in contractor\"s scope.

Providing services of JCB or equivalent equipment with driver and fuelfor scrap / waste heaping , loading or other related works. All the expenses related to the fuel,driver\"s fee etc shall be included in the scopeof the work . A minimumperiod of 4 Hours work shall be there for a day, when called upon. (Rate shall be quoted for per hour)

Work involves removal of the concrete waste bin from the building premisesusing suitable means and transporting it to the dumping area, as per the direction of Egineer Incharge. The waste materials lying inside the ring should also be moved to the dumping area along with the waste bin. All the necessary tools and tackles, loading/unloading of the bin and waste materials,vehicle for transportation etc required will be in contractor\"s scope.

Providing manpower assistancein replacing of the cooling tower fills . The work involves replacement of the old cooling towerfills from the cooling tower cells A, B C and auxiliary cooling tower. The scope also involves the cleaning of the PD CPP area after shutdown works, limited to collection of waste materials lying in the plant premises to any particular collection point, as instructed by Engineer Incharge. Any tools and tackles required for the work shall be in the scope of the contractor.
