| 47 | Note for maintenance of Trees, Plants, Shrubs, Climber, Lawn Grass etc during Defect Liability Periods :-(a) Maintenance and supervision of trees, plants, shrubs,climbers, lawn grass etc including Watering, pruning Spraying of pesticides, insecticides in the desired pèriodicity, weeding, watering and replacing the dead plants/ grass with new plants/grass etc and periodical maintenanice & painting of trees guards fromthe certified date of completion of phase-work. The contractor will have to employ 03 Nos gardeners and One supervisor for six days in a week with 08 hrs per day to maint. The above mentioned trees, shrubs, hadges, climber, plants, lawn grass etc in all days except bonafide govt holidays on the daily basis (Trees, plants, shrubs, climber, lawn grass etc, planted /executed shall be maintained for 24 months during defect liability period)(b) The maintainance period of grass is 24 months and during maintenane perlod the rate quoted IncludesWatering, pruning, spraying of pesticides (mythell parathlyon dust 2 % overy 26 gram for pit) fungicides,Insecticides, adding fertilisers, removing of weeds and stacking of grass sapllng preparatlon of grass basin. (c) The contractor shall ensure that he is having tractor tanker, small tanker on rickshaw fitted wlth hose pipe etc for watering purposes and requisite equipments for spraying medicine on plants, ploughing the earth for weeding out unwanted growth/grass etc In running conditlon through out the perlod.(d) The follage & other unwanted items shall be removed from the site to a plaçe as directed. (e) The contractor shall be solely responsible in case of any accident for the risk involved in the work and nothing shall be paid by the department(f) The contractor shall not be paid any additional payment for maint work as period of 24 months of defect liability period mentioned above for Ser47, Note (a) to (f) and rate quoted shall be deemed to inclusive of maint work as described above. |
