    Quotation For Hot Air Oven, 1. Wall and Door: Double wall construction, outer wall should be made up of mild steel sheet with duly bi-colour Powder Coated Painting. Front opening door is fitted with Polish Head Proof handle with latch locking arrangement. Sufficient (at least 3 Inches) glass wool insulation at the walls of the oven and the door to minimize the heat loss due to the radiation. 2. Inner Chamber: Material: Stainless Steel of 304 Grade with Mirror finish. Size: 24(H) X 18(W) X 24(D) 3. Temp. Range: 50°C above Ambient to 250°C. 4. Temp. Accuracy: +1°C 5. Temperature Control: Microprocessor based PID controller, LED Display of Seemperature indicator cum Value (SV) and Process 6. Heating Elements: Value (PV), with auto tune and Pt 100 Sensor Best quality Kanthal -1 nichrome wire will be put inside ceramic beads are placed at the bottom of the chamber; rotary heating knob with arbitrary dial. 7. Blower: 8. Number of Shelves: A blower will be fitted in one of side wall for uniformity of temperature. 3 Nos. of removable & Adjustable Shelves made of stainless Steel Wire Mesh. 9. Others: Runners are provided for placing with rack, air ventilation, main indicating neon lamp, 3 - rotary switch for LOW/MIDIUM/HIGH operation and plug with cord. 5 years warranty from the date of installation
